Exceptional Customer Service
I have been an occasional customer of Jacksons Leisure since I bought my first motorhome 4 years ago.
Their prices and range of products have always been excellent - over the last 12 months I have had 2 instances of needing help from customer services (for problems I had caused myself) and they have been exceptional in sorting things out for me - 6 Stars!

What a great company
What a great company! We ordered a wash unit. It arrived super quick. Unfortunately it didn’t fit the area. I called about the dimensions of a different one and easily spoke to someone, she didn’t have all the info but passed me to someone else who promptly emailed me with a photo and dimensions of a different basin. A couple of days later I was called back by the first person, I told her I’d been emailed by her colleague. What service, you’re lucky to get to talk to a person these days but to get a call back is extraordinary! Really good company. Sorry if I got your names wrong but it was Gemma and maybe Sarah? Thankyou

I ordered a fridge
I ordered a fridge, it was delivered damaged due to FedEx forcing it through my front door and throwing it over my dog gate into my front room! My daughter was at the door and very upset by the driver( enough said) obviously contacted jacksons and they handled the situation perfectly, they organised collection of the damaged item and sent out a new one, I'd recommended them 100%

Antwoord van Jacksons Leisure Supplies Ltd.
We’re sorry you felt our service wasn’t up to scratch. We did try to obtain the replacement sticker for you, but unfortunately we were unable to source one. As an alternative, we provided a partial refund so you could purchase a replacement yourself, resolving the issue. We’re disappointed this wasn’t reflected in your review, but we appreciate your feedback.
