I’ve been dipping Jake’s mint chew for 4 years. The quality is always great, it is fresh and shipped quickly.

Great product. Been using the CBD pouch’s for a few years now. Love it. Watermelon is my favorite so far. All the flavors are good.

Great product, got here in a good amount of time.

I was a customer with a mint company out West for nearly five years. Customer service and product quality always exceptional. However, this changed a few months back when I was placing my usual order ( 2 12 can mint pouch packs ) and found out the cost increased by somewhere in the amount of $70. I also noticed my last few orders the pouches were smaller. I addressed this issue, as well as the increased cost with customer service. They told me to keep their (..."doors open...") they had to increase the cost. They add the delivery cost was now waved. Still, the additional cost was exorbitant. I told them I will no longer be a customer and I gave them a customer satisfaction rating of 1 star. Obviously they didn't feel my concern deserved further attention.
This is my second order with your company and could not be more pleased with your product.

First off, it is a great product! Second, shipping is on schedule or earlier than expected. I use Jake's Mint Chew to quit chewing tobacco. I have quit several times, but have regressed during stressful events. Jake's has help quit each time.

Bad taste. What taste is there lasts only 2-4 minutes.

Look for a way to get off of tobacco and nicotine and this was it great product !

Out the flavors I ordered was not crazy about the green apple… they have a very good taste. Will order and try some other flavors

This shipment the dip was a lot dryer than any other I have received. Has anything been changed.

Not only is Jakes making me healthier, they're also VERY accommodating. I only had one tin left and was about to start a 2 week trip, and they overnighted me several tins to get me through the trip. Straight Mint pouches are my favorite. More satisfying in every way.

I'm in the process of quitting a 40-year addiction. I'm using patches and this mint chew. This is my battle, but it is working. 40 days now and no slip ups. For me, this chew helps me through the urges.
For those of you who are trying to quit, I'm sending you my best wishes. There is nothing good about nicotine. Your arteries tighten up, your heart works over time, your blood pressure goes up, your feet hurt when you try to fall asleep. Life is better on the other side. It will make you feel better and your loved ones deserve it. They need you. This chew tastes good and it has helped me through my urges.

Great purchasing experience, loved the variety and sample-pack options to choose from. Package arrived neat and very promptly. I think the product itself could use a little improvement (less oxidized leaf taste, better quality flavorings), but it's an incredible substitute for tobacco and I feel much more comfortable and safe indulging in as much as I please :) Thank you for that freedom.

I enjoy the wintergreen pouches but the 4 stars is because there was supposed to be a lip balm tin included and there wasn't.

Having different selection from pouches to long cut is very helpful. You have a different variety of products but all being a healthy alternative to tobacco and nicotine which are terrible any way you look at. You do people a great service with the business you've chosen to build.

Quality of the product is great and the shipping happened quickly. Customer service is outstanding!
