Best product on the market
Best product on the market for people who want or need to quit smokeless tobacco. Only product that has the real feel of regular dip pouches without all the crap in it. Been using it now for over a year and I still keep the orders flowing. Absolutely outstanding product and you have a customer for life!!!

Great Mint Product
Have been using Jake's for years. I prefer the Straight Mint. Flavor is just right. Really helped me get off the nicotine dip. Friendly customer service. Orders are efficiently processed and arrive in days. Thanks Jake!

Jake's is a great product. I love how the mint pouches gave me the opportunity to stop chewing tobacco years ago now. My only issue with Jake's Mint Chew is the delivery of the product. Once, I never received the product. Recently I received my package and it was torn with 1 can missing.

Great product, slow arrival.
The product is great! There's enough pouches in the can as well to go for a bit, even the price is reasonable. My only complain is how long it takes to get the product, postal snail mail isn't my fave! I'll be buying more, just way before I run low on product..

Missing product
Generally, I don’t have any issues with the service or the product. Been using it for years. This past order, I ordered my normal order of 10 cans, but When it arrived, the yellow postal bag was ripped open and there were only 3 cans.

Ordered a sample pack and had it delivered. I was notified that the package had been delivered, but I never found it. I emailed the associated email that was provided multiple times, and never received any communication in return.
