I bought the 3-seater Chestfield sofa during a sale for £1,100, with delivery to my home in South West England. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent.

Customer service was provided by Holly, who was polite, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The sofa itself is absolutely gorgeous—it’s made with fabulous mixed leather and fabric, and you can really see the craftsmanship and high quality in every detail.

I’ve now had the sofa for a year, and I still feel great about the purchase—comfortable, stylish, and clearly built to last.

From our first email response through to the delivery of our new corner sofa, ottoman, and 2 occasional chairs, the team at James & Rose were brilliant. We chose to visit their small but perfectly formed showroom, and Tony guided us through the process of building up our bespoke furniture. Great value for money, beautiful, handmade furniture, and a lovely, friendly team.

Literally cannot fault the service we received from the team at James & Rose. The sofa that we selected from their range was adapted to fit beautifully into our space, we were able to select our own fabric choice and the turnaround time was incredible.
It is so reassuring to know they crafted this piece from their Lancashire workshop, it really is stunning.

First impression was at last a knowledge person (Tony) who understood our needs and wants.
The sofas are manufactured locally (UK,Preston) excellent build quality, great delivery time, nothing was too much trouble.
After care exceptional, two small issues rectified within 2 hours. Highly recommend this company.

Very happy with our sofas. Took features from 2 seperate models and increased back height a few inches, so totally bespoke for our needs. Delivered quickly to accmodate carpets being fitted. All done with very a professional service. We were recomended and happy to pass on recomendation to anyone who wants that bit extra that can't be found at retail stores.

The suite is just as we were promised, looks great and is really comfortable. Delivery was made as agreed and the delivery team unpacked the furniture, removed all the packaging and took away.

We have recently taken delivery of a second sofa. All the furniture we have had from James & Rose is stylish, comfortable and of high quality. Prices are very reasonable for a bespoke product.
All the staff at the factory and the delivery guys are charming. The service we have received has been exceptional from the first conversation by phone through the help to choose the fabrics and colours we wanted and to the resulting pieces arriving within a very reasonable time frame. Our sofas and chairs receive very positive compliments from visitors.

Fabulous company to deal with from start to finish great customer service. We ordered without going to the workshop and we are delighted with our new Zara sofas they are top quality, delivery was really quick, the delivery guys are great too, if your thinking about puchasing from here go for it , you won't be disapointed.
