My order was received very efficiently, telephone answered promptly & the personal service & delivery was great. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

We ordered a two-seater, hardwood garden bench from Jati via Amazon.
The bench is absolutely superb, it is so solid and sturdy and looks magnificent.
Now we did have a few issues but I have to say that as well as a superb product, the customer service from Jati is exceptional. They are totally dedicated to customer satisfaction and will not stop until they have achieved it. A level of service that is quite remarkable.

Whilst the actual Gateleg Garden Table delivered was fine, the delivery was a very poor experience. The van arrived very early and came down the shared access drive, even though I had previously informed Jati it was a tight driveway and not to come down in in a big van. The driver them quickly dropped the item and then attempted to turn the Box Van around, colliding with a concrete post and panel wall breaking these, then when they realized, hastily reversed out of the driveway (nearly colliding again), and then left the scene without attempting to report the damage they had caused, which is more than the cost of the table!

My attempts to try and get any engagement with the management at Jati over this collision since has been just met with stonewalling, they obviously don't care and have no intention of trying to resolve the damage caused amicably. Very, very poor!

Jati answer to my review is simply nonsense. My neighbour saw your van hit the post and wall, I heard it from the back garden and then observed the van quickly and erratically reverse up the driveway, and leave the scene. You have been told all this previously!

Although at that point I did not realise the amount of damage caused, otherwise I'd have stopped them. From other posts it is obviously that the your delivery drivers don't care one bit about taking care when dropping off items, and your companies Management doesn't care about resolving issues or taking responsibility for damage caused. I think that even a 1 star is more than you deserve in the light of your response, and my advise to others is - Don't use this Company there more trouble than there worth!

This whole company was surprising. We were looking for some garden chairs a little narrower than standard. They responded immediately with a solution. In fact all emails and queries were answered same day and very pleasantly. The chairs were well priced and so we ordered. They have just arrived fully assembled and to a high quality more than meeting our expectations. Well done Jati - a great service from start to finish

Great customer service and advice before the sale. The table we ordered was delivered on time with notification of when this would be and the person delivering assembled and finished the very well built table in it's final place with no disruption and very quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.

Good Product Supported by Great Customer Service
We purchased a Jati table pre-covid and have been delighted with the quality of the construction and its durability.
Having completed a garden makeover last year, we were able to order another table to match the original from Jati. Our experience from enquiry to purchase to delivery has been first class, an experience beating the majority of transactional bot driven excuses for customer service. Plus the table looks great, just what we wanted.

Great product with good delivery. Staff very attentive at dealing with queries very promptly. Minor problem with delivery of one wrong item that was swiftly rectified with no fuss.
Would definitely use this company again.

Great products and service!
I ordered a solid teak bench and I received a lovely, chunky, bench which appears to be very well made.
Communication was very good throughout the process. Delivery was easily arranged and confirmed and I received a text one hour before delivery was due.
The delivery driver was exceptionally helpful and carried the bench to the far end of the garden. I was most impressed.

Ordered a super teak bench online which was delivered on 15/6/24. Even more beautiful than photos online. Very professional delivery men. Delighted with my purchase and now just waiting for the sun to shine so I can sit out on my terrace. Thank you Jati - great service. Highly recommend.

After 34 years of faithful service our old garden bench finally succumbed to old age! Purchased a teak two seater bench from Jati and it is marvellous…. very sturdy and well built. Should last us both out!! Delivery men were also very courteous. Well done.

The furniture is beautifully made, very solid and heavy and looks amazing in my garden. I also bought cushions for the furniture which are excellent quality, fit well, and look great. The delivery driver, Mike, went out of his way to help me place it in my garden. Delighted with my purchase, I bought the 3 seater Gloucester bench last year, and highly recommend this company and their products!

I am not too happy that the bench we ordered was left in the front garden at 6.55am.The bench was meant for the back, but mum and I are both disabled, we cannot move it. That was the whole point of buying a fully assembled bench for our back garden! They also wanted a collection fee of £30 to return it. Be aware when ordering! I gave 2 stars for lovely workmanship.

A small rear garden that has a 6ft stone wall with a sun filled rounded ‘corner’ that was just crying out for a similar shaped wooden bench. Step up Jati Ltd. of Coulsdon London. As a gentleman of a certain age, my IT skills are not my forte, so the tried and trusted land line. I spoke to a very helpful Melany and we came up with a perfect teak Bijou Banana Bench. Swift no problem delivery..the bench was placed in my rear garden by the cheerful delivery guy. Very good quality, well manufactured with a very pleasing finish.
Job done..hassle free..can’t wait for the sunshine 🌞

I ordered a Gladstone Teak bench from JATI as a memorial bench for our late parents . It sits in Burghley Park, with personalised engraved messaging & has been much admired . It came across the seas from Indonesia. Throughout its journey & until delivery the customer service I received was personal, reliable and first class . Thanks so much to Sarah for her attentive updates . So very glad we chose JATI Teak for our bench . I would most certainly recommend .
