First time ordering so didn't know how…
First time ordering so didn't know how the engraving will look like. A quick email to Jaycee's to confirm, had a response back within an hour. Ordered and the trophies arrived within 2 weeks. Had a slight issue with 2 of the trophies being slightly different and lighter. Emailed Jaycee's to advise. Received replacements in less than a week! Overall it was such a pleasant experience and I definitely will be back for any trophy requirements without a doubt. Thank you!

Great service - asked for two trophies to be engraved for my golf partner and myself. They went the extra mile by putting his name first on one trophy and mine first on the other. Done without asking!

I was a bit confused on placing an order for different designs for several trophies but customer service was very helpful and they got back to my email very quickly. The delivery of the items were also very fast after the design approval.
