Purchased car online for my daughter's first car. What I liked was the the professional customer service. Dale went above and beyond considering we stay in North Lanarkshire. Organised delivery car price all within our budget. My daughter was ecstatic. The delivery day fell on Valentine's day and there was a hamper full of goodies in the car.

Excellent, professional and friendly service from start to finish. From the 1st enquiry,to the finalized sale, not once did we feel pressured or under any obligations. Was looking for a while to buy the wife a car. We were invited to look and test drive the car, we decided to go ahead there and then and it was just a smooth service. Car was in pristine condition just like the advertisement. To top it off ,when we collected the car, there was a beautiful bunch of flowers for my wife as drive away gift. Will definitely be looking at these again when needed and we definitely recommend them.

I was given a fair price for part exchanging my old vehicle and Dale was transparent with this process.

I was given a good warranty as part of sale and it is clear the staff at JD are meticulous in the preparation of their vehicles prior to them being ready for sale.

Outstanding customer care, nothing was too much trouble. We recently had an alloy wheel refurbished. Fast turn around and the wheel was returned like new.

Went with my son to buy him a car and spoke with Dale. He was professional and helpful. I normally hate buying cars but it was a relaxed environment and it was clear that Dale was interested in finding my son the right car and making sure we were satisfied rather than just selling us anything.
