September last year I bought a plate for my motorbike which I was pleased with.
However I recently noticed that the lettering was deteriorating so I contacted them and sent a photo expecting to be offered a replacemen as it was just over 12 months old, the bike is garaged and not used in the wet. Unfortunately while they accepted that it had deteriorated they only offered a 50% discount on a replacement. I followed up with a reply email but didn’t get a reply. Sadly won’t be using them again.

Antwoord van JDM Plates - Number Plate Maker
Hi David,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience this time has left you disappointed, particularly after being pleased with your original motorcycle number plate.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the deterioration you noticed and also apologise that your follow-up email did not receive a response. That is not the level of communication we aim to provide.
While the 50% discount was offered based on the age of the plate and the circumstances at the time, we appreciate that this was not the resolution you were hoping for. Your comments regarding both the product and the communication have been taken on board, as feedback like this helps us review the service we provide.
We’re sorry that this experience has changed your view of JDM Plates, especially after your initial positive purchase.
The 50% good will gesture discount is there should you ever need it.
Many Thanks,
The JDM Plates Team.
