From arrival to purchase and beyond, Tom and his Team were friendly and helpful. No pressure sales, and relaxing when taking the vehicle for a test drive. When questioned about service history, they accommodated, and also upon request done the gear box transmission fluid change and filter. Returned a week later after car purchase- car re-valeted, New MoT and ready for final inspection, which they encouraged before handing the keys over.
We had the engine management light come on during our drive home and took it back less than 20 minutes after leaving. Tom, again Very helpful, diagnosed there and then and ordered the new part.
Due to the nature of the engine management light it was safe to drive, so we went home. A week later , Tom kindly came and collected the vehicle (45 miles) completed the fix and returned the vehicle to us within 24 hrs.
Nothing was too much trouble for him or the team. Lovely to see customer satisfaction is top of the agenda here.
I have nothing but praise for Tom and the rest of the team, and I would advise anyone near or far to have a look at Jeffries Farm Cars in Billinghurst, it would be the first place I would look to on the future.
