It took a while for the order to be processed and shipped but when I reached out for an update customer service was very helpful and kind. I ordered the monthly subscription with 4 bags as well as their whole pre and post wax skin care system. So far I have only used the Rose Signature wax and (as someone who self waxes regularly) I was initially a little worried because the wax seemed thinner and more tacky than I’m used to. However after the first pull I was amazed at how much less it hurt and that it grabbed almost all the hair in one strip! Genuinely impressive. I will say the pouches are small so people who exclusively wax should get the subscriptions with more pouches or their bigger size bags. Great first impression, I can’t wait to find my favorite wax from them.

I bought this product for myself, and ended up becoming the family waxer. It is so easy to wax men's brows, ears and other facial hair knowing I would never be able to get them to do it outside our home. Ten enthusiastic thumbs up.

Okay, would recommend giving yourself a lot of time to get through the learning curve and be patient with yourself 😂 It is very forgiving for a beginner!! The different waxes really do make a difference for the different textures of hair. Everything smells great too! My skin is really sensitive but recovered well. I’m excited to see how my hair grows back and what the second wax will look like!!!

Well I have to say I would love for you to have a custom service call but hey beggars can’t be choosers. I did run into an issue with just receiving my product, but when I reached out them they were quick to respond and wanted to make sure I’m completely satisfied about how to resolve the problem. Needless to say they were a very positive experience and I’m loving to support a small business instead of all the big business. So thank you once again for the quick response too fix the issue.

Being realistic it gives you all the right tools and so many options, for the targeted area in the kit! It even tells you the different waxes you should use on your skin. I will say the kit should have all three different waxes instead of the same wax in a single kit so you can dip your toe. But it’s all beginner friendly and even to me who wants to get into beauty school lol! Loving itttt!!!

The shipping is quick. The fragrance of the wax is lovely. It melts nicely, goes on easily and removes even tiny hairs!

Before I ever bought JellyWax, I had quite a few questions, and every time I’ve commented under any of their videos, the responses I got were very helpful and so friendly!! So, after a few back and forth comments, I took the plunge and purchased a kit, and let me tell you how much I really enjoyed it!!

It took a little time for me to figure out the temperature and consistency, but once I did, I was very impressed with how gentle it is on my skin but still gripping hairs. Even after purchasing, I still had more questions and have had the same wonderfully informative, helpful, and friendly responses.

The wax itself is just pretty to look at once it’s all melted (please try mixing some of the colors! It’s fun!) and has a nice scent to it too! The silicone pot makes it super easy to clean up any leftover wax, and the whipped sugar scrub is so lovely on my skin as well!

I highly recommend this company and their products. You won’t be disappointed!!

I tried Jelly Wax around 2 years ago for the first time. Unlike many other waxing brands/techniques that i’ve tried, Jelly Wax is easy to use, reliable, and superrr gentle which is a game changer for people with sensitive skin/severe allergies like myself. 10/10. Jelly Wax will forever have my business!

Well, waxing isn't painless. But comparatively, this wax is less painful while still being effective? I'm still a beginner so I have not gotten perfect results, and that one is on me, but I will be ordering more wax from Jelly Wax! Also, the warmer pot is great, the silicone pot is great, and the scent of the wax is not awful like some can be.

I originally ordered a beginner set back in August and honestly had a nice first experience using this wax. However every wax after the first the warmer would shut itself off after increasingly shorter amounts of time. The original wax warmer i received will now shut off after 1 minuet which is not nearly enough time for my wax to melt. I emailed customer service about this problem and they sent me a replacement wax warmer. I just plugged in the new one and it immediately shut off after 1 minuet. I've tried multiple different outlets and this happens no matter which one I use which leaves me to believe the warmer itself is the problem. I'm really sad about this whole mess because the wax itself is actually really great and works well but if I cant melt it enough to use then what's the point?

I know this product is designed for a variety of hair types. But this did not work for my very course hair on my legs and armpits. I did all the things i was supposed before waxing, exfoliating a day before and watched all the videos. But my skin got so irritated so fast.

I have been using Jelly Wax for about two years now and I have even gotten my mom and sister into it as well! All three of us suffer with crazy chin and lip hair and Jelly Wax is one of the only waxes that really gets it off. ON TOP OF THIS-- It is extremely gentle! I use the Arctic Candy beads and I rarely ever tear chunks of my skin off (something that would happen to me all the time using wax strips). This wax is perfect and a staple in my household. If you are debating buying it-- JUST DO IT.

I wish we could choose the wax in the starter kit. I love everything but I hate the rose scented wax. I have PCOS this has been amazing so far.
