Jewel Crystals Ltd. Reviews

I have purchased a few citrine and amethyst geodes from Jewel Crystals and they have all been absolutely outstanding. They are so beautiful and the quality is excellent, they have filled my house with amazing energies 😊 Claire is such a lovely person, the geodes are always packaged with care and dispatched really quickly. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I have received the most beautiful piece of natural citrine that anyone could possibly imagine. From the first time that I saw this piece on the website, it spoke to me, almost made me buy it and now it's here I cannot take my eyes off it. My citrine arrived just a couple of days after I placed the order, it was very well packaged and protected and communication from the seller was excellent. I am delighted with my purchase.

Bookends arrived quickly and safely and are even more beautiful than shown

My citrine Geodes are gorgeous. They are exactly as advertise.
The communication from the seller was present and helpful.
The delivery was extremely quick, which, considering the size and weight of these geodes, was excellent.
The wrapping was comprehensive. They were wrapped ready for a trip around the world without gaining any damage. All in all an excellent experience.

Pity that this shop uses my email with no consent nor request for them to send me their stuff! I would otherwise be interested in their stuff. But I don't like disrespect personally nor invasion of privacy. Maybe they can reread their own policy! Plus now I wonder if it's not just a scam!

Many thanks to Claire for my new beautiful crystals! Claire sends each crystal packaged with such love and care one can always be assured that they arrive safe and sound! The energy of the crystals is always beautiful- beautifully sent and received. Thank you Claire- always a joy and pleasure- look forward to new crystals in the future. 😊❤️🥰

Great service and speedy delivery, Claire was quick to answer all my queries.
Ordered Tuesday, arrived Thursday. Crystal much more spectacular than the website photos, very very happy with my purchase. Thanks so much!

My natural caramel agate gold edged coasters arrived this week in the post (well packaged and promptly, as per delivery timelines when I ordered)- I was so excited to open the package (albeit a little bit nervous in case they weren't as good as I'd imagined)- but I should never have been worried, they are all perfect! I ordered 2 sets of 4 and they are all a really nice natural mix of shades, patterns and a few sparkly bits! I am so pleased with them. I'd been wanting to treat myself to these for a while and had never managed to find a shop with them in and ordering online can always be a bit risky. But from my experience I would thoroughly recommend this business. Really pleased with my order- I'm so glad I took a chance! I've got my eyes on some of the beautiful book ends next and wouldn't hesitate now. Thank you! :)

Incredible customer service. Very very helpful. My Agate Bookends are simply beautiful and arrived promptly and very well packaged.
Highly recommended this company.

Beautiful Amethyst crystal tealight holder. Bought as a gift for my friend.
Was dubious about what might turn up but it is stunning.
Very fast delivery, arrived about 2 days later extremely well wrapped in bubble wrap and a large box.
Thank you very much.

What a stunning Geode. A gift to my wife and so pleased with my purchase. Great seller who kept me informed of delivery and so well packaged. Will definitely buy from again. Many thanks.

Top quality crystals and the delivery with the unbelievable packaging. Will definitely use this crystal dealer again. I’m so happy.

I recommend this seller and am truly a ecstatic with my purchase which is a beautiful agate geod tea light holder.
The seller helped me by answering queries and sending me photos of the item prior to me purchasing. This helped me see the size and colour. Honestly do not hesitate buying from this seller

The seller (Claire) was responsive, & dealt with my request to see further photographs of an Amethyst Cluster promptly, & put the Amethyst Crystal to one side, so that I had an opportunity to purchase it later, which I promptly did. I Can't wait now to see that beauty in person, I'm sure that it will delight the senses for sure. Many Thanks Again 🙏

I ordered A medium sized amethyst geode for my daughter‘s Christmas present. Claire put my mind at rest with concerns about packaging (as I’ve had a few undesirable deliveries from elsewhere!) Dispatch time was super quick, packaged to perfection & the geode itself is way beyond beautiful! I thoroughly recommend Jewel Crystals Ltd. And would not hesitate to order again. Thank you Claire.

Just received a large and expensive crystal. Well packaged, quick delivery and excellent service. Will use them again without hesitation.

Purchased an amazing set of Amethyst Angel Wings (60 kgs), which arrived at my front door in Central London within 2-3 days of ordering. Fantastic experience all around. Clearly a family business that truly cares about their products, service and customers.

Jewel Crystals has an amazing range of crystals, it’s my favourite place to shop for crystals the prices are really good for the weights of the crystals, loved that I got a discount on my next purchase too :) 10/10 amazing company

Having been able to look at several amethyst geodes on their excellent website, I made an appointment to view three of them at Jewel Crystals premises. Claire had them ready for me to look at when I arrived and, although all three were superb, I was finally able to select the one I wanted! Claire was very helpful throughout from setting up the appointment to undertaking the payment process. I have no hesitation in recommending Jewel Crystals for quality geodes and an excellent service.

Excellent communication, lovely Lady!
Actually had such a rubbish day and when I opened the box I was soooo happy with my citrine heart!
