really pleased with prompt service I get with jgd. Never let me down always excellent quality

I am having a try at Parchmentcraft with our local U3A group, but as I don't know if I will want to do a lot I was reluctant to spend lots of money on everything needed. I went online, found tools and patterns on other sites far more expensive than I was able to purchase from you. The parcel arrived in a couple of days from ordering and there was a nice thick piece of card in the jiffy bag so the pattern book wouldn't be bent. I shall definitely order from you again!

Very friendly service, well packed and very quick considering that the item I ordered was the only one in stock and was found to be damaged, I was quickly advised of the situation by a very friendly woman on the phone. The website is really easy to use, the prices are very competitive and the range of products good. Poatage to France, where I live, is reasonable compared to some companies but the packaging this last time was not strong enough. First time I've ever had any problem however withthis company.

I was looking for Dreamweaver spreaders, luckily JGD had four in stock, which I ordered. I hadn't ordered from this store before, but I needn't have worried, because the order was despatchd promptly, arriving in excellent condition.
I would certainly order from JGD crafts again.

The tool is of a very poor quality. The cutting small pieces hardly cut.
I am very deceived.
I would certainly not recommend JGD Crafts for such a tool and will not buy anything else from them anyway.

I have used your firm for a while and been very pleased. However , on this occasion I wanted my order quickly and I had to have my order and leave 3 things off it because they were out of stock. To re order my order then had to be over £10 pounds or pay £2 to have it delivered and stil gods I wanted were not available.
When I require goods in the future I will try again thank you

Excellent company to deal with but one thing I would ask them to do - to get their 'search' button working on their web site to save time when looking for something.

I was very sceptical as to whether my spectrum noir pens would work on the Neenah Classic Crest Card without bleeding, as previous "good quality" paper that I'd tried still bled . I have to say they worked extremely well together with no bleeding at all...finally. The cherry on the cake was that JGD Crafts had the packs at a very competitive price coupled with first class service...just how every purchase should be!

I first saw these dies on a craft programme, saw how they were made etc, and just had to have them. They will be perfect for any enhancement needed. You will not be disappointed.
