I just tried to use Jisp again in Premier Stores Banstead. Same blank look on the cashiers face when showing them the QR code. They've never heard of Jisp and won't accept any discounts to do with them. I see this has not been resolved since 2024 and there are now NO stores in my area that have even heard of Jisp, let alone actually accept it. Thanks for wasting my time. Is it possible to get my vouchers in cash as this app has just been a total waste of time for me?

Jisp is a fantastic way to save some pennies and stock up on your favourite items from sweet treats to cupboard essentials

Seems to be a good idea, however, there is a great regularity when the app fails and codes aren't scannable, or as today, the app locked up and refused to acknowledge the two discounts that I wanted - just resulting in a spinning icon on the screen.

I have tried contacted Jisp in the past and received a so-so reply and when additional information was provided, they didn't even bother to reply. I was even told that I'd scanned & purchased products that I never buy!

When there is a queue forming behind you at the checkout and the codes aren't working, it's easier to just say "forget it" and pay the full price.

Good concept - lousy experience... I won't be wasting my time again in the future...
