After long way... finally i got a car that drives. Thx to Yordan and Marta the process went smoothly. Within few minutes i had my finance done and the that was absolutly cleaned and polished. Thx Yordan for your help with solving all my problems. 5 stars to Yordan and Marta.

I am genuinely shocked by some of the negative reviews here because our experience was absolutely fantastic.
We dealt with a salesperson called John, who was outstanding. He came across as honest, genuine, and clearly values his reputation. He refused to let our new car leave the dealership until it was 100% perfect. The mechanic also met with us personally to reassure us that the car received a full service before handover. We bought the car three weeks ago, so while it is too soon to comment on the long-term aftercare, John’s parting words were never hesitate to contact them with any issues. So far, the car is running perfectly, and we felt incredibly confident leaving the dealership. All the staff were lovely. The main receptionist was highly attentive, keeping a watchful eye on everyone, offering tea and coffee, and providing regular updates to waiting customers. My husband and I will definitely return in the future. While we may be unfair to the other salepersons as we had no dealings with them, we will absolutely ask for John again—he was brilliant and dedicated to ensuring our car was immaculate.

My brand new bought Dacia Sandero isn’t even two years old and has broken down four times. As I don’t live in Mayo I was advised by the service team to have my car checked when it broke down initially in a local Dacia Laois branch. As the car has now broken down four times since so I contacted Ballinrobe for a refund or replacement as the consumer act allows and have been told it’s nothing to do with them as they didn’t repair it initially. So essentially they sold me a defunct car and now won’t take responsibility. They also have asked me to drive the faulty car to them with my 7 month old in it as they won’t pick it up. To put into context the fault it’s an engine one, so may brake down at anytime. Shocking behaviour. So please avoid this dealership if you don’t live in Mayo. Terrible after-sales and a con of a warranty.

Purchased my new car today a Peugeot 2008 & I had been dealing with Yordan & I have to say he was excellent at his job,,couldn't have been more helpful & very responsive through messages while I was waiting for my car,,he made the whole experience very easy & I'm a very happy customer today,,thank you Yordan & all at JJ Burkes 😊

Invited for viewing car gone not available. Given excuse why waste my time predious

My car is in the service department since 16th January 2026. My Car is still not fixed. Won't ring me when they promise. Promised a replacement car as the car can't be repaired.

Recently purchased a 3 year old Hyundai Tuscon from JJ Burkes. I dealt with Ed from the sales department and I have to say he is not only a great sales person but also very helpful with aftersales service.
I was unlucky to have a few problems with the car but these have been sorted by JJ Burkes under the Hyundai warrany with Hyundai in Galway..Ed organised a courtesy car for me from JJ Burkes and was always on the end of the phone when I called about the delay with the part from Hyundai.
I found all the staff to be very kind and courteous at all times.

I’m very disheartened I originally wrote a positive review but the all the problems seem to start from service issues and them telling us they had a part ordered and weeks later we discovered it wasn’t they wouldn’t answer the phone to us this went on for two years I had spoken to one of the managers who assured me he would get to the bottom of it all and said he would think about what her could offer as compensation and call me back in a couple of weeks I’ve heard nothing since that’s nearly one year ago now, I think the way customers are treated after buying a car and giving over their hard earned money is appalling it literally takes a few minutes to call someone back, I was going to just forget about it when I got talking to two women from Ballinrobe and they said the company had gone down hill over the last few years and I wasn’t the first and most likely won’t be the last.

Great experience with Yordan and JJ Burke. He made the whole experience fun and stress-free. I dallied with another make for 5 years, but pleased to be back with Dacia. Yordan did me a good deal and I'm delighted with my new Stepway! Keep them coming Dacia and see you again @ JJ Burke.

I bought an immaculate 2023 Dacia Duster from JJ Burke Car Sales. They represented the best value for me, enough to travel from Dublin to Mayo to purchase the car. The whole process was made so easy by Yordan and also Mary in the accounts department. So nice to deal with straightforward, honest people. Yordan could not have been more helpful from start to finish. Hands down the best salesperson I have ever encountered. I also got a good vibe from everyone I met in the business, from the receptionist, to other salespeople, to the mechanic who helped me out with a issue with the car i was trading in. I would highly recommend checking out JJ Burke if you are thinking of buying a quality car. 10 out of 10 service.

I have nothing but praise for this company whom I recently purchased car from especially the sales executive Yordan Yordanov who was so professional and went above and beyond to make this experience so positive.

From the onset Yordan in sales was absolutely incredible to deal with. He was extremely efficient, understanding and organised. He followed up on any query I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of my purchase. So refreshing to deal with somebody who deals with everything in a timely manner and is clearly very dedicated to his role as part of the sales team at JJ Burkes. Carl in the service dept was also outstanding to deal with. Again, he dealt with everything so quickly and made sure I was up to speed at all stages of the process. He was also very friendly and understanding. Even in the showroom, the welcome the children and I recieved was second to none. There tea and coffee making facilities with seating and play area ensured the children had a wonderful experience and again all the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful which makes all the difference.They really went above and beyond for us. I genuinely could not speak highly enough of the team at JJ Burkes, they were just exceptional to deal with and I will be sure to return to them for any future custom, alongside telling friends and family what a pleasure it was to do business with them.

Collected my Sandero Stepway today. It was my first time dealing with JJ Burke Car Sales. The whole experience from test drive to purchase was seamless all thanks to Yordan in Sales and Mary in Accounts. I was kept fully informed and updated over the last few weeks. From the minute you step into the showroom you are at ease. All of the staff I came into contact with, whilst busy, took the the time to engage, were cordial and professional. met with Liam the sales person he sat me down and asked what i had in mind after i told him i was shown a duster that they just got in .He was able to answer all the questions and concerns i had and put my mind at ease .I picked the car up today the 15of may and i cant rate Liam or the service that i got any higher cause it wont let me give any more then 5stars so top marks and thanks Liam from picking out to pick up the service was excellent

Will Never deal with this "garage" again. If anyone has any sense they will never set foot in this place, from the salesman not doing the finance correctly to the workshop lying about sending reports to the manufacturer that there is a problem with what was a brand new car when I bought 2 years ago to still having issues with them still not sending documents to the manufacturer that they were asked to send for the past 6 weeks and when you ring to speak with the person you want they NEVER answer or ring back.

So please to whom ever reads this DONT deal with these persons
