Why only a 4 rather than a 5 star.
Have been using JJ Foodservice for quite a few years now. Quality of food is very good. I have, in the past, had issues with delivery. Our lane is narrow and show restrictions which some drivers take that they cannot deliver to our door step so I have had to drive down the lane and meet them at the bus stop at the end of the road. This is of course an inconvenience as well as unfounded as the restriction is for vehicles passing through and not for deliveries. I had a lovely guy this morning, Juraj, who came and delivered to my house ! A big thank you to him. I always find the guys delivering very polite and courteous. Would happily recommend the company.

If you choose collection, it is nearly impossible to find every item in the same branch.

You should never order vegetables from…
You should never order vegetables from here “for delivery”, because they send you the lowest‑quality produce possible, and every time you call them, they simply ignore it.
Also, We ordered Naan bread, and on the first day when we opened it, the loaf inside the sealed plastic bag was mouldy. even took a photos to show it. We called them twice, explained everything, but they took no action at all.
I can honestly say the management and oversight at JJ food are below zero.

J.J. are my go to food wholesaler
J.J. have a consistent, high standard and well priced range of products. I used to shop at a membership only American wholesaler (featured on Netflix) but find J.J. have better stock, better products and deliver (no more queuing and obnoxious people clipping your heels with trolleys). There's no going back!

Ordered online, booked a collection slot, and picked everything up without any issues. The whole process was straightforward and well organized.
The produce was fantastic quality, prices were very cost-effective, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout.

They confirmed by email
They confirmed by email, 336 packs of an item and when we went to collect, we were only given 30 packs and told that is all that they have. What a wasted trip. We had also promised our client that we will get then the 336 packs by this afternoon, as promised. Their customer service is useless as well despite dealing with them for years.
