Receiving confirmation that there is no case to answer has brought an immense sense of relief and happiness. The process was understandably stressful at times, and I am extremely grateful for the professionalism, care and guidance shown by those who supported me throughout.

In particular, I would like to acknowledge Milly Blunt for the invaluable assistance she provided during our meeting at Cobalt Square for a time that suited me. The structured approach she took in helping me prepare for the process, alongside linking with my Federation Representative Rhiannon Flury, Milly enabled me to clearly articulate my response to the misconduct allegation. Her guidance, reassurance and attention to detail gave me confidence that my account was being presented accurately and comprehensively.

What made Milly's support even more meaningful was the fact that, at the same time as dealing with this investigation, I had just become a father to our first baby girl. Our daughter arrived prematurely, and my family and I were spending significant time in the NICU while I was also away from work. The emotional strain and uncertainty of balancing the wellbeing of my newborn daughter with the pressures of an ongoing misconduct investigation was incredibly challenging. Milly recognised these circumstances and showed genuine empathy, patience and understanding throughout. She helped me manage the additional stress, ensuring that I felt supported both personally and professionally during one of the most difficult periods of my life.

Jade Halliday-Mitchell represented my son, Luke, who was facing a severe driving ban. The case seemed pretty hopeless but we found JMW's website. We sent an email and Luke was contacted the next day. This filled us with hope. Jade lessened our fears by taking over and giving clear instructions as to the next step. My son felt confident Jade would do everything in her power and knowledge to help him. This positivity continued throughout the case. Jade took the angst away by working away at the case for which we had low expectations because of the circumstances. The communication was excellent and Jade always answered my son's questions and explained how the case was developing right up until the end. Jade prepared Luke for the Court and assigned a powerful Barrister to represent him. Thanks to Jade and the Barrister Luke's case had a successful ending. I still feel it was a miracle and have to pinch myself but it was all due to Jade and her team.

JMW are scammers. I believe they fraudulently ran up a huge legal bill at my expense.

I have emailed them asking for all internal communications under GDPR relating to my case so I can see exactly what happened. THEY REFUSED.

Matthew Ireland is who I have been dealing with. He is the “data protection lead” that ironically doesn’t know a thing about data protection laws.

I have now taken this to the ICO in order to compel JMW to comply with my request.

This firm are con artists! They don’t follow the law, they run up huge bills fraudulently.

I was facing a gross misconduct charge, although there was no basis for this my employers pursued court action to remove me from a job that I enjoy. Milly was the solicitor helping me provide a response through a statement. She was understanding, smart and provided me with a strong defence statement. 18 months later my employers withdrew the case against me.

Jack was very helpful for selecting and finalising my documentstion to submit to the court for my exceptional hardship plea to avoid a driving ban, and on the day Charles was a great help through being able to liaise with others (e.g. the prosecution) immediately prior to the hearing to reach a common understanding of the case such that the prosecutor and the magistrates didn't even have any questions for me, and my plea was accepted purely based on the submitted documentation. Result!

I had Layla and Bradley working on my purchase and they honestly made the process to easy. I had a stressful time with the estate agent and sellers but both Layla and Brad took hold of the reins and dealt with everything so I didn’t need to stress. Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using them for future needs. Thanks guys !

From our initial phone call jade was very support,helpful and reassuring though out the whole process of my court case. She was very efficient and thorough Jade always gave me updates on my case and responded quicky to my questions. I always felt ease with her handlering my case she made herself approachable to me when my court date finally came around she instructed a Barrister on her behalf as she was not able to see on the day in person of court date. Jade also had good knowage and prepared me what to say in court . Thanks to jade it was a succussful outcome.

Have used them twice now. For my first buy, and then next one. Honestly didn’t know the purchasing process first time around but got to learn and compare with other solicitors. Then the second purchase, I was more active asking questions about timing. Scott and Holly were very prompt in responding with all my quieries. Kaleem Chaudhary has been excellent every step of the way in the last 3 months with brilliant communication skills and very thorough in submitting all the necessary documents and paperwork for our visas. Kaleem also went the extra mile to ensure that he would guide us through the process and made himself readily available to us with our many questions.
