I have lost 70 lbs. over the last year and a half with the oversight of my endocrinologist and Wegovy. Now, out of nowhere, I have this company crawling up my butt with something I didn't ask for, because I did it on my own.
I need medication maintenance, diet and exercise, not baby sitters. If you want to be useful, provide a gym membership and a secretary to fill my log in everyday with the $ 200 month that you charge, or better yet, towards the medication. Just another Broadspire with a different name.

I have been in the program for a year and have lost 40% of my body weight. I love the coaches and the program. I look at food in a completely different way now. I have been 250-300 pounds for about 20 years now. I’ve tried all the different “diets” out there and nothing has stuck. This program has saved my life. I’m now at 188 pounds, the same weight I was when I had my daughter 23 years ago, and I feel amazing! Thank you Calibrate!!!

Bunch of scammers trying to take advantage of people. They trap you in thinking they will help you, bunch of useless trash with some scam lessons and garbage coaches. When you try to cancel the program, they tell you oh but we need to charge you aka we need to scam you - STAY AWAY and dont buy into this garbage.

I've struggled with my weight for most of my life, and this program has truly changed things for me. I feel healthier, more comfortable, and able to live normally without constant effort. I genuinely love it, and the support team has been incredibly kind and supportive throughout my journey.

I can’t not explain with words haw good this program was so far I’m 56 years old and I always struggle with my weight since I m joining the caliber program my life is so much better not even 1 year and so far 50 lbs less easy never struggled to live normal I love it and the support team is always here for me so muchas gracias caliber

Program is a scam. A promise of medications, and nothing but them taking your money and rolling you into a subscription that offers lackluster diet advice at best. This program is not worth it, and they will not refund my money to me. I am going to fight them in every way until I do.

This seems like a scam. Promised they could get meds approved by insurance but they did nothing more than I had already done myself. Offered me a refund if I wanted to cancel, so I did but then they said they could not refund me and would continue to charge me for 3 months of their worthless service. Very disappointed with lack of customer support, just generic responses. Let the buyer beware!

The coaching I received was very informative. The coaching sessions are a good sounding board to help you understand how important it is to follow the program and record your weight, sleep, red food and exercise. When you keep a record it helps you to see what areas you need to focus on to help you to succeed.

This company was completely misleading from start to finish. They require a three-month commitment. The customer no-service takes several days to respond (by app only). No GLP-1 medication and if approved you still have to pay for. They never followed through. In the end, I spent $600 for absolutely nothing.

Had a great experience on this program had great success.

My coach is really professional and I really like how he gives me the time to express myself even though we only have little time for each session, he is always giving me the support I need every time we meet. I love calibrate because of how supportive and helpful they are. Thank you very much.

We’ve had a few bad experiences with Calibrate getting our medicine to us on time… It now seems to be taken care of and everything is running smoothly. The best part of this experience is having an exceptional coach named Cody, who has helped me through the ups and down’s of this experience, he will give you the inspiration you need and help you stay on track. I look forward to our Zoom calls. I know he’s in my corner and he will be in yours as well. They have several recipes to try so there’s no excuse to not follow the plan. We follow all recommendations 95% of the time and have had great success. Thank you, Cody and calibrate. I know that this is sustainable for the rest of my life.

Overall a great experience all around. The coaches are very informative and assist you all the way through the program. Coach Amy P. Is absolutely amazing and motivating. Clinical team was easy to work with and everything worked smoothly. In my one year on the program all the pillars set me up for success, I was dedicated to taking the medication weekly and never missed a dose. Starting the program @ 285lbs and now at 237lbs, losing around 16% of body weight.Amazing program, trust in the program and follow the curriculum for true success

Finally I found a program that is attainable and doable Thanks Calibrate for providing a successful way to be healthy and lose weight. Other diets and programs were not realistic for me to be successful. Who can just starve themselves and eat perfect everyday 24/7? No one is the answer. I am living proof that the program works and that even when I have not so perfect days, I am still able to lose weight, lower my BP meds, and eliminate these swollen knee problems when walking.

My husband’s employer very generously provides this weight loss treatment through Calibrate at no charge for employees and dependents. It was great until I needed a medication change. It took THREE WEEKS of no medication before they got me situated. By then I had to change meds and bump down on my dosage because I had been off so long due to them taking so long to respond. I now received an insurance letter that they no longer will cover the medication I am on so I need to change to one that’s covered. I immediately notified them (June 1st) due to the length of time I knew it could take to get it changed and I didn’t want to be without meds again. Well, it is June 20th and last week they finally approved the medication change (they were already aware of the insurance change) and they closed out my request for service as “complete” they have me down in the app as taking the new meds but STILL have not called it in to my pharmacy. So I am back with no meds again and no response to the messages I have sent. A week is absolutely more than enough time to process a medication change.
I had a little injury to my foot and was afraid I was getting an infection so yesterday I made an appointment with Teledoc, within an hour they called me and within 10 minutes after the call and sending pics of the injury they had called in the meds to my pharmacy. It can be done in a day.
If this were not a free service I would immediately request a refund and go where I can get customer service.

I have had great success with the program. Coach Aly is great and has helped me all along the way.

I lost over 100 pounds within the first year and have maintained my weight loss with Calibrate since 2021. While my current focus is on weight maintenance, I remain an active member and continue working toward better overall health.

Calibrate’s curriculum taught me things I had never learned in other programs, like how different foods chemically interact with the body and why certain items can be detrimental to long-term health. Unlike traditional programs that rely solely on calorie counting, macro tracking, food restriction, and exercise, Calibrate addresses additional pillars that contribute to lasting well-being.

Anyone who has struggled with weight management knows those conventional approaches often lead to shame, unrealistic expectations, and the harmful cycle of yo-yo dieting. When I first joined Calibrate, I was skeptical and feared it would be just another weight loss gimmick. I’m happy to say I was wrong. This program has given me real tools, a renewed sense of freedom, and a level of happiness I hadn’t felt in years. Additionally, I am not being paid for this review nor pressured. Calibrate has really helped me improve my life; I would recommend it to anyone who has struggled in the past with their weight.

I joined the Calibrate program almost a year ago. It has been a wonderful experience so far. I am thankful to have the opportunity to join Calibrate through my workplace benefits.

I appreciate the process with the lab work and the virtual meeting with the Doctor, the learning modules on the Calibrate app, the biweekly calls with my Coach Becka B, and the program overall as it is designed to encourage weight loss but also provides many tools to help you accomplish your goals.

The Coaching sessions are helpful for me because it provides a level of accountability, an opportunity to ask questions, Coach Becka has been influential to me in my weight loss journey by being encouraging, by providing support on any questions I might have, and by helping me to set realistic goals. She is also understanding if I don’t reach a goal that I have set for myself, and offers tips on how to be successful.

I am fortunate to take a GLP-1, which has definitely helped with my weight loss journey, but I also like the overall eating plan and the flexibility it has. My intent when I joined was to take the GLP-1, while also changing my eating habits. I have been overweight for many years and have always struggled with my weight. The medication has definitely been a key to my weight loss so far, but I know that staying on medication is not my end goal. I have changed my eating habits thanks to Calibrate’s food pyramid and the fact that I can eat any food that I want without having to count calories, etc…. I have found that on a normal daily basis, I do not make bad decisions on what I eat, which was one of my goals when I started this journey.

I have had very few issues over the past year with Calibrate, and any issue that I have had has been resolved in a reasonable amount of time.

I look forward to my follow up Doctor review at the one year mark, and then to work through the next year of Calibrate with my Coach, Becka B.
