Poor quality coach holiday
I was unable to find many reviews for this company. A couple of old experiences were on closed threads on TripAdvisor.
Jonview provide coach holidays in Canada.
Our experenice of the this company was arranged via a travel agents advertised holiday.
The coach was described as a luxury, it was far from luxury as it was not very spacious and there was no WiFi.
It was dirty, no window blinds, broken light fittings, poor air conditioning which actually broke down completely meaning we had to transfer to a different megabus which was equally poor as has less leg room and was very uncomfortable.
The coach provided for the tour was ready for the scrap yard.
We arrived too late in each city to enjoy any local attractions.
The hotels in Ottawa and Quebec were not great in locations as they were not very central.
25 minute walk into Ottawa, and it would be a bus or taxi ride away from Quebec.
The breakfasts in each stop eft a lot to be desired often provided with paper plates, plastic cutlery, certainly not treated like adults who had spent several thousand pounds.
After complaing to my travel agent, compensation eventualy awarded was roughly 10% of the cost of the holiday.
I will never ever book a holiday were Jonview is involved.
