However, I encountered the same issue as with my first article: the author’s name in the citation format is not written correctly. Instead of appearing as “Dela Cruz, M.”, it is rendered as “Cruz, M.G.D.”. This inconsistency makes it difficult to trace my work when searching by family name. I kindly request that the citation format be corrected to reflect the proper surname, ensuring accurate indexing and easier discoverability of my articles
