Ordered expensive handle bar grips made specifically for my bike. They did not fit. Called and emailed the company. They kept giving me the ring around for weeks. Having 5 to 6 people ask me the same thing and giving me the same answer. Saying it's not our problem the grips we sent you don't fit and we will do nothing to fix the problem. Waste of time and money.
We will never purchase anything from them again.

Providing me with the right parts when I need them. No failures or mistakes with a going rate. Reasonable with everyone else who lets cycle gear work with them side by side, with prompt on time service

They ship using smartpost. The item said it would be delivered June 8th I placed my order May 30th. I’ve been checking the tracking of my item and I noticed it was less than an hour away from me, so I opted to pick it up myself that was on June5th. I was told I could not. I checked the tracking again and now the package is further away and the day of delivery was changed to June 9th. Not happy with their choice of delivery!

JP is always great. I specifically want to review my Andrews EV13 cam installed in my 1991 Electra Glide EVO. The cam is great. More power than I expected. Especially notable when riding with a passenger. Smooth lower end torque and the top end really woke up. I expected a drop in mileage but only went from 42mpg to 40mpg which was a great surprise.

Do yourself a favor and never buy street bike tires from JP cycles. According to the customer service representative I spoke to, they have no way of knowing how old the tires are that are on the shelf in the warehouse when they sell them to you. The representative told me that they sell the tires first in first out and that robots select the tires and package them and ship them out. They don’t have any human beings working in their warehouse. They sent me a motorcycle tire that was manufactured in April 2024. Motorcycle tires only last 5 to 6 years before you have to replace them. So they’re essentially sending me a tire that is over two years old and close to half of its life expectancy is already gone. The customer service representative that I spoke to gave me no other option but to set up a return and receive a refund. According to him, there’s no way for them to check the warehouse to see the manufacture dates on the tires. This is extremely poor customer service and also a ripoff because you are buying old tires.

Ordered two tires for my Honda Navi, the second tire was the wrong brand, wrong wrong size, wrong tread type. Nothing was correct about it. I was massively inconvenienced by getting the wrong tire, and they refused to expedite ship it because it cost them too much money. Nothing was offered as compensation until on my second call I told them I would leave a review since they’re doing nothing to compensate their mistake, then they said they’ll offer an apology store credit ( which I refused because I will never order anything from them again ). If you “need” your tires or want good service, order from anywhere else cause they suck. The person that packaged my tire didn’t care, and the company won’t fix their mistakes because it cost them money. ( the call center workers were nice, I’m speaking directly about the company and it’s policy )
