I recently purchased two Nardi Net Lounge armchairs from Julie Jones and couldn't be happier. They are incredibly comfortable and look fantastic.

The product was as expected of a very high quality. The team at Julia Jones were very good communicators - I asked a question and got a response quickly. They knew I had a deadline for delivery and they made sure my sofa bed arrived on time. For me it was an expensive purchase but I cannot fault their service. I also reached out pre online purchase and they mocked up different designs for me which really helped me. I have looked online at their shop for many years and they did not disappoint

I was overseas and Zeta and Rob guided me patiently through the whole process of purchasing what turns out to be the perfect choice for my living room. Care and attention is what you will get alongside a great product.

The original query was handled promptly, the order arrived in the U.K. on time. There was a problem that was down to the carrier but it was resolved quickly. Zeta kept us informed throughout the whole process.
