I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided during my daughter’s 6th birthday celebration yesterday.
Upon arrival, we immediately noticed an unpleasant smell, and it seemed as though the premises had not been properly maintained, with refrigerators turned off and an overall abandoned atmosphere. When we asked about our reserved table, the staff member simply pointed it out without any explanation or acknowledgment of the conditions.
We then waited approximately 40 minutes for drinks for the children, which never arrived. I had to go to the bar myself, where I found no staff present, as they were gathered in the kitchen. After calling for assistance, someone eventually came, and I was able to request the drinks.
Throughout the event, there was a complete lack of service. No staff came to our table to check on us, offer additional drinks, or guide the children to the party room. On multiple occasions, I had to return to the bar, only to again find staff absent or socializing in the kitchen. Another customer was also waiting for service and expressed similar frustration.
When I addressed the issue with a staff member, explaining that we were not receiving any attention, I was met with a rude response. She stated that she was not being paid to be there, which is completely inappropriate to say to a customer. When I requested to speak with a manager or obtain a contact email, I was told that neither was available.
Later, when we were finally directed to the party room, we requested an additional food box for an extra child and paid for it. However, upon opening it, we found that it was incomplete. When we questioned this, we were simply told that the items were no longer available, without any prior notice or proper resolution.
After all these issues, we decided to cut the cake for the children and leave as soon as possible. I have never experienced such poor service and lack of professionalism.
I hope you take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that no other customers go through a similar experience.
