We’ve just bought a motorhome from Just Audi and cannot fault the customer service received. At the handover everything on its use was fully explained in an easy and knowledgeable manner. We were told any problem however small would be dealt with straight away and a minor one did occur and true to their word was dealt with expeditiously and perfectly. Must also mention the workshop staff who were friendly helpful and professional including the receptionist who couldn’t be more welcoming.
As far as sales customer service and after care service we cannot thank Sam enough and would highly recommend this company (especially Sam) if anyone is ever considering buying a motorhome.

11 months ago I purchased an Audi A5 from Lincoln JUSTAUDIVW after many issues with it since purchasing I took for its service and MOT on the 28th of May 2026 after the MOT they call with many issues that clearly would have already been there when I purchased and a large bill to pay, when I collected my vehicle and returned home I noticed damaged to one of my alloy wheels that was not there prior to its MOT and that a new media device had been added to my sound system, when I challenged there professionalism they said that they would look into it by asking the KIDS they employ to work on customers cars, no offer has been made to correct the damage done to my car and I urge any potential customers to avoid purchasing a vehicle or using there KIDs from working on there vehicle , poor service, poor staff attitude and poor customer service experience, Zero rating

Had a great experience from start to finish buying our new motorhome from justaudivw, initial contact was Sam, a breath of fresh air, no pressure, no sales pitch, just good friendly advice, no rush, questions answered a brew and a chat, to collection today from Connor, again, taking time to hand over not only explain but demonstrate every aspect of the van, every question answered, a brew and a chat, paperwork explained and sorted, they have a very happy customer who is happy to recommend justaudivw.

A big mention to Sam great asset to the company, a massive thank you for helping us get our new Motor home sorted. Need I say more.

Had my Jaguar serviced,mot and a problem with my coolant pump and lights addressed. Raymond and his team went above and beyond this time to solve my light issue. To find a garage that consistently delivers to such a high standard is rare these days. Great front desk staff, Steve was great at keeping me informed and talking through the options. Nice to see how professionals deliver.

Having been told by a local garage I may have a serious engine issue with my 52K VW Up (which they couldn’t fix) and could cost serious money, I visited Just Audi VW in a panic. The service I received was simply outstanding!! Squeezed into to be seen straight away (Steve) Issue resolved within a couple of hours (Will) and an MOT passed (Dave). Complimentary hot drinks and a bill that that was incredibly fair I was back on the road.
I shall definitely be using and recommending Just Audi VW in the future. Thank you 😊

Great experience selling my TT to justAudi.
They offered me very reasonable price for it, settled by finance and paid me the difference within 20 minutes. Everyone i dealt with was really nice. Wasn't made to feel rushed or pressured into anything, it was fab.

Sam was the guy that looked after us he was professional and very knowledgeable from the first point of contact via a telephone call to us driving away in the vehicle. The whole experience was smooth and very easy

I bought a car back in October 2025 the sales man Chris was great however the after service has been horrendous my car went in for a tyre pressure sensor came out the same later found out they had jacked my car up on a non jack point and I now have a whole in the bottom of my car. Then February engine management light came on had it plugged in at a garage to the dpf filter blocked never in a million years will I buy another car from these my family members had issue and wish I had not bothered buying from them however I gave them the benifit of the doubt also my car was ment to have had a paint job on the bonnet no it was touched up with a paint pen. The seat belt clip had gone that should not have passed mot sill has a hole in it where they have jacked it up on a none jack point they put to much tyre pressure in it to so it was running at 15 PIS more than it should have been
