Very quick delivery and good price.
I did my order on a Sunday and didn't notice till my confirmation email came through that an extra pair of gloves, of the wrong size, had got added to my order. I tried to reach them straight away phone/email to ask them to remove the extra gloves but the offices were closed. I received an email the next day saying that the gloves had already been dispatched but that they would refund me for the unneeded pair and for me to gift them. I was very happy with that solution.
