Antwoord van Just Gloves UK - Value Products Ltd
We're sorry your next-day delivery didn't arrive as expected. Unfortunately, your order was placed after the 4:30 pm cut-off for next-day delivery. This led to your order being processed the following day for next working day delivery. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, David. Thank you for your review.
Kind Regards,
Just Gloves Customer Service Team
Bit of a steep increase in price
Ordered 2-3 times before & usually buy 10x packs of required gloves. With delivery usually totals around £36, however this time it came to £41… service/delivery/product all fine but I thought this was a particularly steep increase.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, Toni, and we’re pleased to hear that you have been happy with our service, delivery and products on your previous orders.
We’re sorry, however, that you were disappointed by the increase in the overall cost of your latest order. We completely understand why a rise from around £36 to £41 would be noticeable, particularly when purchasing the same quantity you usually order.
We continuously review our pricing to ensure we remain as fair and competitive as possible for our customers. As part of this, we regularly adjust our prices to keep in line with the industry, while also taking into account the fluctuating costs of manufacturing, materials, shipping and the wider pressures currently affecting supply chains around the world.
Unfortunately, these costs can change considerably and are sometimes outside of our control, which can result in adjustments to our prices. We appreciate your continued custom and understand your concerns regarding the increase.
Thank you again for your honest feedback and for ordering with us previously. We really do value your custom and hope to continue providing you with the quality and service you have come to expect.
Kind Regards,
Just Gloves Customer Service Team

Not trustworthy
Each time I place a order, your driver delivered less than what I ordered. I think this is not a mistake it's deliberate and you think the customers will not check there ordered. I am sick of this last week my order was short 12 cases of gloves. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM YOU ANYMORE.

Antwoord van Just Gloves UK - Value Products Ltd
We are very concerned to learn about the repeated issues with incomplete orders, especially the significant shortage of 12 cases of gloves you experienced last week, Dianne. We understand how frustrating and unacceptable this is, and we sincerely regret that our service has led to such a negative experience. We are taking your feedback very seriously and are immediately investigating these delivery discrepancies to prevent them from happening again. Our sales team have reached out this morning to obtain further information for our investigation so we can resolve this for you. We have also offered 20% off your next order with us. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Kind Regards,
Just Gloves Customer Service Team

Xtra large nitrile gloves
Xtra large nitrile gloves. Easy ordering arrived sooner than expected. Working in animal rescue so gloves need to be easily removed as they are changed after every animal contact. Would recommend.
