This is honestly the best thing I have ever done & I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

For so many years, I struggled along, trying to learn on youtube but getting distracted along the way, and never feeling like I was getting anywhere. Then.. I discovered JustinGuitar!

Here is someone, who has gone and done what nobody else ever has - laid out, in an easy to understand and follow sequence, a treasure trove of FREE (yes, you read that right, FREE!) content that has me feeling, for the first time ever, that I can actually do this! I know now that if I simply follow the steps that Justin has so graciously set out for us, I am guaranteed to get better.

So if you're someone like me, who knows that they have the potential to be a good (maybe, dare I say it, even a great!) guitarist but you don't know where to start, do yourself a favour, and head to his website. Do it! NOW!

I have followed Justin for years. If you really want to learn how to play guitar, there is no one better than Justin. His structured lessons and clear instructions make it easy and fun to learn.

I originally subscribed to the app when I bought my first guitar at the age of 66 two years ago. The “Learn how to play guitar” was fabulously good value for money, so much so that I now have lifetime subscription to the music theory app as well yearly subscription for to the songs and Tabs. I am an avid viewer of the vintage and beginners clubs run by Richard and Lee and I never miss an opportunity of joining Justin’s monthly Theory. I find the whole structure so well thought out and easy to follow. I wish I had had the opportunity to play many years ago, but alas it was not to be. I would highly recommend any of Justin’s Apps especially the “Learn how to play guitar which is so well structured. Thank you Justin and the team.

The JustinGuitar team has been a huge factor in my learning journey over the course of a decade, from early free lessons, to paid music theory classes, to live learning sessions and more. I get so much value from this platform and it has been one of the best investments I've made in order to improve my guitar playing. I appreciate all the work Justin and the team put into the platform, lessons, and community building, and would recommend JustinGuitar to players at any level.

Realized many, many years ago this guy was the genuine article-he was recording lessons in his flat, I think, with mate "Jedi" on the recording equipment! I've been telling all with an interest in guitar about him since.
He wants to convey his love of guitar only, and his enthusiasm is infectious.
Beginners or more advanced players will find lessons to progress their knowledge on his site.
If you just want to learn the subtle ins and outs to play a favourite song then that's available too! Just add his site to your 'favourites'. You'll not regret it.

With so many YouTube and website instructional platforms it's hard to choose one that's going to work for you.
I tried many when I was starting out, some good, some not so good, but Justin Guitar was by far the clearest and most concise. Lots of thing I didn't get from other channels became a lot clearer the way Justin explained them.
Also there are so many free tools to help you learn and keep you motivated and practicing. I honestly can't recommend Justin highly enough whether you're at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level there's something there for you.

I’ve been using Justin Guitar for several years. Justin’s teaching style works very good for me. The music theory course is exceptional as well. Theory was somewhat of a challenge for me until I signed up for Justin’s course. Some parts are a little more difficult but Justin explains it all very well.

Justin pours time and effort into his work. I’ve followed his courses evolution for near ten years and had I put as much effort into practicing and learning from the material as Justin puts into them I’m sure I’d be on the big stage. FWIW I haven’t come close to getting through all his material

I’ve found justinguitar.com to be the perfect place to learn the guitar. Justin and his team do a brilliant job of making it easier for us to learn the guitar. I’ve had a look at other guitar websites too, but Justin’s structured learning programme really suits me. It’s fantastic that so much of it is free, and I think the paid courses and apps are well worth the money. I've been using the justinguitar website as well as the apps for the last few years and will continue to do so :-)

If you want to learn to play the guitar, this is the place to go for structured instruction in bite-sized pieces. I've found nothing better. And most of it is free!

Justin is absolutely not only the best free guitar learning resource on the internet, but is simply the best guitar learning resource on the internet in my opinion. I've paid for other guitar learning websites, and they were helpful. However, Justin's method of teaching, knowledge and love for the guitar and music is unmatched. I can highly recommend learning guitar from Justin. You will not be disappointed!

I have been using Justin's online courses since 2011 and I can't imagine I would have ever learned to play otherwise. Justin's lessons and song videos will teach you how to play and learn as much as you want to. He is always detailed but easy to understand and follow. Over the years he has fine tuned his videos, expanded the services, and upgraded the website and in my opinion they are still some of the best "learn to play guitar" lessons available on line. It's also nice that so much of his material is still offered free of charge and the pay to use items/accessories are extremely reasonable. I would just like to say to Justin, "Thank you for all the countless hours of enjoyment you made possible"

This website got me playing guitar! I had always wanted to try, but private lessons are so costly. There is something for folks of every level, all presented concisely, clearly, and with enthusiasm. I'd give Kustin and his team 100 stars if I could.

There's no better place to learn guitar (and I've tried a lot of online places). From beginner to advanced, everything is here. Justin's style is laid back. New things are added constantly (songs, musical tools and apps, tips, guest teachers, to name a few). Most content is free. I love justinguitar.com

I started to learn guitar 6 or 7 years ago and have been using Justin's free site alongside a paid app. I've made great progress over that time which I put down to Justin's excellent teaching methods and the passion and effort that he and his team have put into this website.

Justin is my go to man. Many can get you going but I find Justin and his team get me playing confidently and accurately. Happy to recommend!!!
