I agree with the other reviews. He is a scam doctor in it to get as much money as possible. He charged me $180 for mold tests that sell on Amazon of $40. He over prescribed supplements (ie multiple jars of each) BEFORE seeing any test results, although his protocol explicitly states that supplements will be prescribed after lab testing. These supplements caused me to have horrible insomnia as well as anxiety by aggravating my hypothyroid and now I have almost 1 years supply that will be tossed. Why did he need to send me three bottles of each before proper review of testing or my trying it out? Purely a money grab. Most horrible person I've seen in my life. I've never written a negative review on any doctor..posting this so others don't fall for what I did. Stay far away.

I worked with him for about four months after watching SantaCruzMedicinals podcast with him and got milked out of thousands of dollars. I wouldn't not recommend anyone work with him unless you're ready to drop around 1k per month. He gives no leniency with budget and trying to space out appointments. He consistently shows up to the phone call appointments 45 minutes late with no apology and makes you fearful if you don't follow his protocols to a tee. He only prescribes his own brand of supplements and threatens to cancel treatment if you use anything else that's cheaper. Not to mention, the only credentials he has is being a chiropractor. Also would not give any information about how much treatment would cost. Its very shady and it feels scam like. I don't know his true intentions but it really feels like he's taking advantage of people who are sick and desperate and just want to get better.

Scammer. He only cares about taking your money I would stay far away from this guy

I would agree with other people, the process with Justin is meant to extract as much money as possible.

his supplement line - marked up $$$$ and he sells you a ton - all untested for quality too. his brand. not a fan.

appointments were every month, even when there was nothing to discuss.

what's worse tho was his bravado. he has an attitude like he understands CFS better than researchers devoted to the study of the disease.

Horrible. I worked with Dr. J for about a year, and legitimately almost died because he encouraged me to STOP taking my Levothyroxine and start taking his own personal brand of desiccated thyroid instead. I felt like I was very genuinely going to die, I ended up with heart issues in the emergency room multiple times until I finally went back on my Levothyroxine. He would call me by the wrong name on the phone and send me emails with dozens of typos, like he was rushing through everything. Probably spent $10k or more on his services and didn’t get stable. The only positive thing that happened is he helped eliminate my gut infections. Other than that, it was not only disappointing but dangerous to work with him.

Dr Justin consistently showed up 45 min late for 1 hour long appointments. His process and protocol was chaotic at best. Customer service from office staff was worse. Not sure how we runs a successful practice or helps anyone with such badly managed appointments. Honestly just felt like a big money grab. My son never got any better. Severely disappointed. Already found a better doc.

wasted 2 years with Dr. Justin. Never got to my root cause and spent the whole time treating gut infections and not the reason why i was getting the gut infections. I wish i had those 2 years back. Now ive learned I have a mold illness called CIRS, lyme, and bartonella. He would have never figured that out nor known what to do

I came to Dr. J after a year of very little progress treating a systemic Candida fungal infection with my conventional doctor. He immediately ran some tests (GI Map, Dutch Adrenal, Organic Acids, etc.) and put me on a strict autoimmune protocol and it became quickly clear that I had some serious food sensitivities that I didn’t already know about (eggs, nuts, etc.) in addition to the sensitivities I did already know about (like gluten and dairy) which were causing some serious inflammation. Testing revealed that I had some adrenal issues and a serious bacterial gut infection that was causing a cascade of problems, including poor digestion, leaky gut, and chronic urinary tract infections, etc. We started treatment and within about 3 months I dropped about 25lbs of stubborn weight that I had been trying to lose for a couple years, my energy and mood improved greatly, and the urinary tract infection, which had been plaguing me for years, disappeared as well. I’ve not yet completed my treatment protocol and am not quite to my goal weight and optimal health, but I’m well on my way. Had I not reached out to Dr. J and gotten the functional testing he ordered and his treatment protocols, who knows where I’d be; most likely exactly where I was with my health continuing to decline at the relative young age of 37. My only regret is that I took so song to reach out to Just In Health. While my own personal research reading books and listening to podcasts (including Dr. J’s Beyond Wellness Radio) was great, ultimately functional testing was required to reveal the root issues. My unsupervised self-experimentation and treatments (especially probiotics) were simply making my condition worse and working with my conventional doctor gave me a very incomplete picture and ultimately no results. Thanks Dr. J for all your help and I look forward to continuing to work with you!

High quality line of supplements. Good doctor with thorough knowledge on health and gut health. I was very skeptical at first but time removed all my skepticism. I wish I lived in USA so that I could see him more often and buy supplements from his company regularly. Highly recommend Doc, Dr Justin.

Does not know what he is doing, waste of time and money.

Dr. Marchegiani might know his business, but his mission is certainly NOT to make you feel better. His goal is to get as much money as possible from you and his waiver says it clearly.
My experience with them was so awful. They left me with so much more stress ( I actually suffer from it ) that now I have no trust in other practitioner and I feel more desperate than before contacting them.
I felt so desperate that I was ok with the fact that you HAVE to buy the supplements that they sell, but this is actually what made me loose about 500$.
They don’t care if there is a pandemic and people are struggling, they don’t care if people suffer from chronic stress and anxiety, they will not help you.

Since I’m not physically in my home country and I know that where I am now they have restrictions on supplements I wrote an email to their office asking if they did ship here before or it was a problem. They replied that they have customers here and shipping is not a problem, so I signed up!

When you sign up you have to fill a very long form that you would assume the doctor will read before the consultation. Well, he will not. In fact during the [very expensive] consultation he will ask you the same exact questions of the form you just spent 2 hours filling. By the end of the call he will prescribe you a bunch of supplements (from their brand) including some very expensive multivitamins that you don’t need because you might have absorption issues.
I felt so desperate that I was willing to play their game, give them my money and feel better for once in my life. But it was a mistake.
The big package of supplements got held in customs and in order to release it I needed to provide a legal document that I couldn’t get. I went to the office in my town, even though I don’t speak the language, I called all the numbers, asked help from friends because of the language barrier.. I couldn’t get that document. There’s no way I could get that package.
Meanwhile I exchanged emails with dr. Justin and his secretary and despite all the stress I’m going through they still charge the 5$/day late shipping fee (which were INSANELY high!!!)! They knew very well that I was struggling with this, I had to work extra hours to make up the money I (very likely) lost but also make time to go around town asking for help for this damn document!

They kept saying that customs rules are different in different cities and countries and that COVID-19 is making shipping harder. The truth is that customs rules apply to the whole country, not cities in particular and COVID-19 has nothing to do with this because this restriction laws have been valid for many years! I was told this at the office that was supposed to give me the famous document.
So stop washing your hands with the covid excuse, please!

Long story short, they never once felt responsible for the troubles I was going through and didn’t even want to give me a refund on the shipping fees, just as a “sorry”. I deal with A LOT of customer services and this one is a COMPLETE FAILURE.

Oh and I can’t wait to see the many 5-stars reviews after mine made up to fix the average score! Good job dr. Justin, you are a con!
