Following my entry on 14th December which was negative, I wish to rectify this as the delay of my product was as a result of the current economic downfall. Product has now been received in good order. Just vitamins remains to be a reliable honest company that adheres to consumers needs and expectations and will continue to purchase from them.

Bought from them in past no problems.Recently placed order via internet. Problem is that I have been charged 10.24 euro for a call on my mobile number
which I Not make. Appears their number has been hacked and as they do not list email would be grateful if could be brought to their attention.

I get my usual vitamins from here. I started when I was first pregnant and needed iron and C vitamins regularly. I like that the postage is free and affordable. Haven’t ever had an issue so I recommend.

I can't rate the products themselves as I haven't any evidence of effect but I am super impressed with the environmentally friendly packaging!
The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I had expected letterbox friendly packaging (it didnt fit so someone has to be home to accept the parcel). Delivery took over a week BUT I accept this is most likely due to Covid 19 issues.

I’ve used Just Vitamins numerous times over a number of years. Their products are excellent quality and always delivered quickly. The addition of the new environmentally friendly packaging is also a real bonus. I have only once had to contact them regarding my order and found customer service excellent. Highly recommended

Excellent choice of supplements and very happy with the prices. I've been a customer for years and there are regular loyalty promotions which make it even better. The free economy delivery normally arrives with me within a few days so I don't see the need to pay extra for express. Thoroughly recommended!

I would be happy to change my 1 star review if I actually did get the help promised through their email support.
After waiting for over 1 month for my products I contacted them for a replacement order or refund.
They accepted to do this and then blocked my email when I tried to reply with the payment details.

Very suspicious behavior and not a professional way of running a business.

I ordered 5-htp and have taken several now but it just doesn't seem to work at all compared to a different brand I usually purchase. I tried Just Vitamins as the price was better, but will have to go back to my usual more expensive brand as at least they work! When I contacted them they wanted me to send the packet back but this would just cost me for delivery and wasn't worth the faff even if it meant getting a small refund.

Great vitamin company, usually free delivery and always has enough of the ingredient to meet RDAs. Using their chondroitin for joints has certainly helped with mobility over the years.

Haven't received my order and no reply to my messages. I've sent 4 in the last 10 days and haven't had a reply, my items or refund. Will not use again

Used for the first time. Cannot fault the service. I wasn't in a rush so I opted for the free delivery which was estimated at 3-5 days but my order arrived the next day (less than 24 hours after I had ordered it).
Conveniently packaged to fit through the letter box which makes life easier & packaging makes them easier to pack when I'm working away & I've already figured out they're going to be easier to take on holiday too!
I will be getting all my supplements from here in future. Their prices are very competitive & their service is first class.
