they are a complete scam

they are a complete scam. they advertise free returns on their front page and refuse to honor. they asked me to take pictures of my foot to send to them!!! it is not only that they want to back off the return shipping. I was told even if I pay $80 DHL shipping to China they will not sign for it and refuse it. the shoe will then be lost because no one is paying the return fee. and they will claim I never sent it if I dispute with my credit card. stay as far away as you can. all the positive reviews are probably by them. when I got a link to rate them and I gave a bad rating , it disappeared from their wall in less than a second.

I prodotti sono di per sé molto buoni,ma...…

I prodotti sono di per sé molto buoni anche se molto costosi. Con l'ultimo ordine sono rimasta un po' delusa perché non mi è arrivato il cappellino running che era compreso . Ho scritto diverse volte un'email,ma Senza risposta ....insomma !!!

They say to email them for returns. Which I did Monday and still no info.

Após uma encomenda é recebida uma mensagem a informar que um dos items está esgotado.
Após várias tentativas, não houve resposta do apoio ao cliente para resolução do problema
