Just that I was used & like getting a few pounds off now & then. Now it's soooo hard to get commission I rarely use kandco anymore.

There is a vast range of shopping available however, things cost a lot more than they would in a shop and even from their sister company Very.
That being said the ordering process is straight forward, fast delivery and with the many payment options it's a great way to shop.

The reward scheme is not clear at all had a fair amount saved didnt know you have a limited time to use and it was just wipes from my account, they are quick to keep calling and email about any due or missed payments but when it comes to money you have saved with them not a peep from them, think its totally unfair and apprantly they cant do nothing about it and have just taken the money

Ordered one Tuesday, items in stock, tracked item, says its going be delivered the following Tuesday, why so long ?
Use Royal mail, even they are quicker than DPD

When kandco were on their own returns service was good but since little woods have taken over its been non existent the last three times I have arranged returns nobody has turned up after staying in all day, Rubbish

I have been with Kays for over 20 years and have seen a lot of changes. One thing that has not changed is that you can pay for your goods over 20/52 weeks interest free. Since the world wide web there is a lot more choice and range of goods with easy ordering and payment options.

The K&Co website is a absolute joke, it always says your password is wrong even when you put the correct password in. I am sick to death of constantly resetting my mums password for her because she can't log in to order her items! Sort it out!

I have shopped with KandCo, over the past fifteen years, and have always been impressed with their customer service, and delivery service. I would give them 10 out of 10 always

Kays have a very Wide selection of goods, all on Interest free terms, plus , to buy now & Pay much later.....

I recently ordered some items that were sent to the wrong address. I have had to phone 3 times to get this sorted. This morning I phoned to re-order and after being on the phone for over 20 minutes was told the items had gone up in price and I'd have to phone back to get a credit on my account when I receive them. Phone again, you must be joking! I've now told them to cancel my account

Really good range of products and sizes. always prompt delivery.Prices higher than other similar catalogues, but you get 'rewards' which help bring the price down. Also ALWAYS free postage and returns, which are always quick and easy to arrange. Their sales are brilliant too!

I have been with K & Co for a number of years and have never had a problem. I have had to call customer service in the past and have always been treated with respect. If I have forgotten to pay my bill (which can happen to the best of us at times) they will call with a gentle reminder, not a rough, heavy handed one.
I can't praise them enough.

Been using kandco for about a month all deliverys have been fast and with no hassle. All products ive brought have been of the highest quality, also the returns policy is great and easy to return products.

The Dyplomat Tv corner unit was perfect for our lounge but was delivered with incorrect parts that are unavailable to me unless I buy another TV unit and take the parts I need, I was offered a percentage off the purchase price but it was insulting. The upshot is We now have a TV unit sat in our lounge that is unfinished and unsightly. Unresolved issue and unhappy customer plus an ugly half finished piece of furniture. Nothing more to say other than that.
