This company commits fraud! They do a bait and switch with their merchandise! You see gorgeous pictures of jewelry advertised in their website, but what they send is not even close in quality. Then offer you 20.00 refund on a 167.00 order. They belong in jail! SCAMMERS

Complete scam they claimed my tennis chain was moissanite and solid 925 silver after 2 weeks you could see the copper or brass where it quickly tarnished definitely wasn’t real and the stones weren’t moissanite they were glass rhinestones. False advertising, They even blocked me on facebook for calling them out and trying to warn other people and deleting my comments. Could have gotten the same fake chain on Temu for $10 instead of a few $100. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company

Sent me a chain smaller than i purchased. Sent multiple emails,they responded once then stopped responding once i sent pics proving their mess up. Paid for express shipping and is still waiting for a part of my order

They sent me the wrong item..not what I paid for at all. Not what was advertised at all. I paid $85 they sent me something worth about $10...if that. They then offered me $8 back then $23...this place is a scam.

This company lies on there website. There jewelry is so fake not even close to what mesonite should look like. You can not return what you ordered because they do not respond even if they sent you the wrong items . AVOID AVOID .

A Huge Let Down In Service. KankCo.com, unfortunately, has no integrity at all they advertise jewelry on their site, but when you order, they don't send the merchandise you ordered. They send you what they want you to have. I ordered a 5mm Moissanite Tennis Chain and a Cross, and they sent me a 3mm tennis chain and a cross that was not the cross I ordered. It wasn't Moissanite. It was Rhinestones. I reached out to them, and they responded back to me and offered me $8 after I had spent $200. The items they sent were worth $20 retail.

They are scammers do not buy from kankco jewelry at all.

They stole pictures from other sites and they use rhinestones for all their jewelry.

It’s all fake you will be getting cubic zirconia and regular metal for an expensive price. Stay away from them.

It is a scam. It was a glass not moissanite. Don’t buy it. They are scammers.

They have false advertising on the website they're located in china on the website says 30 days free returns and thats nor true they want you to pay 138 dollars to send the product back to China also all they product descriptions are false i buy a tennis chain and bracelet the product descriptions said it was in 925 and moissanite and it was bronze and zirconia they denied send me a free return label and to reimburse my money back don't but from here unless you want garbage products
