Worst customer service I purchased final sale items. Receive the items and they did not fit or were not flattering. Spoke to the supervisor Alex he stated that he’s unable to to take back final sales even exchange all I asked was for a bigger size and he refused. I do not recommend this company. Worst customer service ever and they don’t call you back when they say they’re gonna call you back. Very very disappointed.

The structural quality and design of each of the pieces is excellent. The pricing, although very high was not enough to deter me from purchasing. Unfortunately, the quality did not last. The sweaters were super soft on initial wear and still are but after gentle and inside out laundering, let’s just say I’ll wear them but only inside my home. The other top I purchased seemed sturdy enough but snagged on 1st wearing and remains sort of crumpled looking, even after dry cleaning. Won’t buy from them again.

Worst customer service. Don’t buy this product.

Paid $80 for a mother of pearl pendant necklace purchased in November of 2021. Wore it 3 times. Fell apart in my hands. Sent 3 emails to Karen Kane with pictures and was offered no help, no guidance, no nothing. No future discount, no replacement or repair due to the “longevity” of the order.
I like Karen Kane but this is a senseless response and conclusion.

Customer Service is atrocious. I paid $48 for overnight delivery for a Saturday delivery. This was a birthday gift for Sunday. The merchandise was delivered Monday. I asked for a credit for the excessive freight charge. I was told that they don't due overnight deliveries on a Friday shipment. Why accept my order then? They refused to grant me any form of credit. "Our decision is final". Who treats new customers like that?

Poorest Cs ever experienced. They sent me an $80 top which was not as described and said they would not pay for return shipping. I had to call 3 times though to get an answer as no one would call me back as promised. Don’t shop here.
