However, it appears that the delivery for the two products were delivered to you on a later date from our tracking system, but it failed and then it was requested to redirect to another address and delivered as stated by DHL tracking system. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I accidentally ordered the wrong type of plush and sent an email to Kawaiies, very quickly I received a respond from Charlie. Charlie was so kind, friendly and helpful and made sure I would receive the plush I originally wanted. I was astonished with the great customer service I received and would definitely recommend this company not only for the amazing staff but for the gorgeous items they sell. I will definitely be ordering from Kawaiies again. :)

I got a bedding set from this business and it's so cute!! Unfortunately, I mistook the duvet for a bedsheet and emailed them about it. They were quick to reply and they were very patient with me, helped me understand what I ordered, and they were very helpful overall ❤️

Extremely fast delivery and good…
Extremely fast delivery and good customer service. I remembered that after they sent me a confirmation email, I noticed that there is a typo in the postcode. So I emailed them and they respond quickly and send me another confirmation email with the correct postcode. And shipping is extremely quick as i expected them to took a month but in less than 2 weeks, they arrived smoothly. I bought a nightlight and a bedding set and the bedding set feels so soft and comfortable. The nightlight is extremely cute and came in many different colour lights. And this website is able to give me good discounts by providing my email and these discounts save a lot of money.
But the only issue is they didn’t ship to a lot of countries. For me since it doesn’t ship to my home, I had to ship it to the neighbouring country and my family are able to deliver to me. But this doesn’t stop me from buying things from there and would also recommend this online shop to my friends and family. And hopefully they are able to deliver to more countries in the near future.

Refused refund
Edit: Following your reply below—this is exceptionally disingenuous. The item was marked as delivered and a blurred photo of a hand near a door with no door number on was given as “proof”. My bank is now involved and, as you know, also legal action has been taken against you. It is a shame, but you gave me no option.
The item that I ordered didn’t arrive but was marked as arrived. The photo “proof” is of a very blurry hand with an unidentifiable parcel near my mailbox. I contacted the company straight away, and was told basically hard luck, we are using that as proof. They have then refused to respond to other emails. I don’t really see why they feel that they can absolve themselves of any responsibility just because they use a third-party UK carrier.

Reply to your edit: Again we understand that the proof of delivery provided by Royal Mail is not proof which is why we offered a reshipment to prevent Kawaiies from being scammed by fraudulent shoppers. Since you have raised a chargeback for damaged goods we will continue our investigation with your bank.

Je suis satisfaite du service client qui répond très rapidement. J'ai commandé une veilleuse et un pull. La veilleuse est arrivée très rapidement, mais je n'avais pas de trace du second colis avec le pull. Après une demande par mail, le service client a été très réactif et j'ai réceptionné mon colis très rapidement aussi.
