kcchicdesigns.com Reviews

Kc Jewelry is simply the best. She genuinely looks after her clients, offering stunning pieces at great prices. Every item I've purchased has been beautiful. Her team is fantastic, and I wouldn't choose any other place for my jewelry but Kc Chic.

I have completely fallen in love with KC Chic Designs! I’ve been a customer for 6 years, and their jewelry continues to impress me. The moissanite pieces are stunning and the quality is truly exceptional. Every piece feels luxurious and thoughtfully made, and you can tell so much care goes into the craftsmanship and details.
What I love most is that KC Chic Designs truly believes jewelry is more than just an accessory, it’s a reflection of who you are. Their collections capture that perfectly with bold, beautiful designs that celebrate individuality and personal style.
And let’s talk about the Fall Sundara Purses and the Sundara Terrycloth Bag in Lilac Gelato… I am IN LOVE! 🩵The fall bag feels like a true luxury piece. The Lilac Gelato is soft and unique, and it makes such a stylish statement. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and fashion. I get compliments every time I carry them. I already know I’ll be collecting the new bags as they release because the style and quality are just that good.
On top of the beautiful products, their customer service is exceptional. They are friendly, attentive, and truly care about their customers’ experience. From the quality of their pieces to the care they put into their service, everything about KC Chic Designs is wonderful.
If you love bold, affordable pieces that help you express your style and stand out, KC Chic Designs is definitely a brand you need in your life. ✨💎👜

Love everything KC Chic, klarisa is so sweet and is always trying to put out great pieces and making all her customers happy. A perfect small business to support if you are looking for great jewelry that will last forever.

The customer service is exceptional and so is the jewelry. I’ve bought a lot of pieces lately and I’m very impressed. They’re a female owned small business so I like the personal touch to all the details. Go look at the new Opulence collection tomorrow. You won’t be disappointed.

I ordered a personalized gift from them and it stated it would take 4 to 6 weeks to make. I wrote them several times to see the progress & they assured me it was almost done and about to ship. 7 weeks later they started ignoring my emails. I finally got a hold of someone to be told it was never made. I placed the order on November 17th & on January 8th they tell me this!?!?! When I asked for a refund they refunded me partially. I reached out to tell them I didn't get my full refund and they assured me I did. Finally they realized their mistake and refunded me the remainder thanks to my due diligence. No apologies at all, they couldn't care less! If I didn't notice I wouldn't have got my entire money back. I am honestly speechless & will never shop with them again! You should think twice before ordering from this company. Good luck!

I was so in love with an initial pendant I saw Brandi Raines wearing in one of her lives that I immediately went to KC Chic's website and ordered it. I was SOOO disappointed when I received it. It's absolute junk. The materials are crap... didn't even feel like metal and it certainly wasn't stainless steel. The little stones weren't even CZs, just cheap imitations. The chain was ridiculously crap... so easily breakable.
I was so disappointed, I didn't even try it on, I just went to my local UPS store and returned it.
When I got my refund it was for 11.45 less than what I paid. When I asked why I only got a partial refund, I was told it was for shipping fees, in lieu of a restocking fee. NONE OF THIS IS PRINTED ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!
So not only is this company charging ridiculous amounts of money for crap jewelry, they are totally shady when it comes to how much you'll get if you ask for a refund.

So I wanted to let you know my experience with them. First, I’ve ordered hundreds of $$ with them over the months. And this month I ordered like $700 worth of jewelry. I received $142 worth of my order. The first problem was the gold cage set offered during a facebook live. I ordered. I paid. And I was sent an email that they didn’t have it available. In fact, I used Sezzle to make payments on it. The monies were debited from my account and I still have nothing to show for it. Their response: we can’t control what they do. Ummmm...if I don’t receive a product, it is your responsibility to make this right. Not require the consumer to jump through hoops.

Second, I ordered jewelry back on 11/27 and checked on my order and was told it would ship shortly. That never happened. I emailed again today and was told once again they were waiting on something to restock. I ordered this in plenty of time to receive before Christmas and before I went out of town. To date, they still respond with waiting on item to restock. I finally asked for a full refund. And without any explanation or somewhat “good” customer service, they issued a full refund. Their response: our website says 1-2 weeks to ship orders, we are within that time frame. Ummmm...today is 14 days and you still haven’t shipped nor had any intention to do so today. Keep in mind: I ordered $500 worth of gifts and they said they were waiting on ONE ITEM TO RESTOCK! One!!!

In and of themselves, these issues would not be a major problem. However, combined it is a huge issue!

Not only have I spent $1.000s (literally) at KC chic designs, it’s like they do not value repeat customers or loyal customers.
I will not order with them again and I will tell my experience with them to my friends who ask...yes I have a very large friend/family base.

It is very unfortunate what transpired. While they are a small business, someone needs to work with to give them suggestions or how to improve great customer service skills. Do they not understand how to keep customers when they screw up?

Recap: loyal customer who spends tons of money on their products basically given excuses sprinkled with rude responses.
