Hello! I am happy to give an honest opinion of my interaction with keen. They are extremely fair and an amazing group to get Readings from and better yet I work with them and I love it! They vet their Psychics and it took me from 2016 to get fully vetted and able to work for them. They are an amazing company and the advisors, such as myself, and many other others that I personally have used (because I wanted to get a different perspective on my personal life) are absolutely impeccable! I’ve used KEEN in the past myself. Then I became an advisor- I am an authentic psychic medium who has done over 1k readings since 2023 professionally. I like working for Keen. Some cons are: glitches in the email system/site/app. Estate fee, listing fees, and the commission earned is not as good as it could be. I think they take too much money from advisors, which makes us HAVE to charge more per minute for clients. Recently, I lost the ability to email clients because of deleting 18 months of email history/ computer clean up. But I understand that. Now I have only about 60 clients I can email. I’m trying to build a clientele and didn’t care for that. But gave it a 4 star rating because the pros out weigh the cons and all businesses change over the years. I’ve always enjoyed Keen though.

They are running a scam to new psychics and readers. They charge 75 Usd for apply as a reader on their website for back ground check.

I paid them 75usd and after more than a month, I did not get any feedback from them. I contacted customer care, but they did not share any valid reason. They put lots of money in ads, and many people apply they eat money from their name of back groud check and do nothing. Finally, I can say scam. Avoid using this website, there are many other good websites for psychic reading and apply to them. Don't waste your money.
