If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't recommend. The fact that they take an estate fee from some advisors is unethical. They already take too much from regular sessions. The greed here is insane. Highly incompetent as well

My first call was a total rip-off the lady talked more about herself. I tried again via chat with an "advisor" and in chat I made a joke about having a confusing first name. As I was typing my name and DOB she ended the chat and charged me $12. Keen will not refund me, only credits. This is the second time. I doubt the credibility of this company.

Still An Ongoing Chat Monitor Issue:
I still am getting kicked to offline while waiting for chats to come in. It does this after chat being idle for some time. Hard to pay bills when this issue is not being resolved. I was guided on how to fix issues with my net extender. I spoke with my phone service and they helped me get that straightened out. But the chat monitor is so bad. I even suggested tech support check the Dev Tools on the monitor as that is where I feel the issue is.
It's great when it's working properly.

I’ve had readings with Keen advisors for over 15 years off and on. Although some have made predictions recently, I am waiting for those to pass (fingers crossed). I have had some readings over the years where predictions did not come to pass. Only one reading regarding a love interest did come to pass. However, the duration of the relationship was not accurate very accurate. More recently I had several readings regarding a purchase of a home during the pandemic that made circumstances caustic to say the least! We were sure we would become homeless after selling our own home under contract before securing a new one. However, Readings by Natasha was 100% correct about purchasing our new home even though it was under contract with a different buyer!! To this day I’m still stunned by her ability to give details regarding the owners as well as a close time line!
I will say when it comes to matters of love, I’m waiting to see if any of my readers have been accurate. At which time I will post here!!

I've been chatting with Master Sher since July. He has been on point every single time. Just the other day I enquired about the sale of a home and the closing. He said there would be some issues but he would be able to work it out and close on the home.- He was ON POINT! The man who I speak with Master Sher about called me and told me he had issues with the closing but it's all good and closes next week! I was floored when he told me this today! I won't go to any other person and I have tried several. He is the only one that has be honest, detailed and spot on!

I like other keen psychic that is honest but the one that is super worst psychic ever that makes you feel down and slow and dont believe her word at all is deli love consultant. She is ok but asking same question I thought would be good moving forward but her words changed and making feel sad and look bad in my relationship with poi. She isnt very honest at all and is the worst psychic ever. Good luck who does a reading with her but every word she said is not really true at all honestly.

It took my money, the chats CONTINUOUSLY stopped working instantly - the website is shockingly primed for taking money and not enabling any gain. I’m sure the ‘readers’ are all very good and not charletons (fingers crossed) but it’s a total rip off for getting into a conversation going. Kicked me out 3 times before I could finish my questions and charged me each time. Disaster. Feel like a numpty for even trying

I used this for a period of over a year and not a single prediction ever came true. I talked to at least 30 different “psychics” there. Sure, I do believe keen has literally maybe 3 actual psychics on the whole app and that’s being generous… I’m psychic and actually appalled at how un psychic the people they hire are … but they make it next to impossible for real psychics to read for them. I’ve NEVER had a prediction come true from a psychic on keen. It feels so good not even wasting my time anymore.

I was offered 4 free minutes but wasn't able to use. False advertisement

i think people need to stop using the app and believing everything that they mentioned, it proved me this is all just a scam like we just wnted to get the answers that we wanted to hear meanwhile it is not true. just stop using it and trust your own guts.

Physics are great.. Customer service is great.. Over all would recommend!

I have spoken with several highly rated advisors over the last year, and though most have been very kind, and quite often accurate with surrounding details of the situation in question, not one timeline prediction has come to pass. This is going back 12 months of being told days, weeks and next month. I have not done anything that would change the timeline. The outcome is still to be seen, and most have been aligned in what they see. I have learned that digging deep within yourself and learning to cope with uncertainty is the lesson. It’s important for people to know that this is not somewhere you will find accurate future predictions with timelines, at least not in my experience. It may even set you back in your growth and is very costly. Customer service is usually fantastic but regarding a most recent message to them, it has been several days and I have not heard back.

Some of the advisors are great but the site needs to advertise and fix the glitches instead of adding more useless stuff.

I have used the same advisor a few times, I think she fed me a fairy tale and then blocked me after I left her two 5 star reviews, but on one I said I would be back with an update as to if her predictions come to pass, maybe she blocks before the risk of a bad review when it doesn’t, don’t use FAERY LADY!!!!!!
Also I have just read in the info part that keen advisors log your contact and make notes when you call so where everyone on this lady’s reviews say about her giving exactly the same dates every time, of course she is, she’s a pro and notes the dates down to so it seems like it’s real by giving exactly same predictions, I was clearly just one of the 5 a month they are allowed to block, that’s why you still get the occasional not great review as she has probably used her block limit for the month

I’ve been an advisor on Keen since 2007. I’ve given over 15,000 readings and I work less than part-time. I personally know many of the advisors on the site and I’m impressed with the quality and the knowledge of countless advisors.

Keen itself has been bought and sold many times through the yearsand has had many changes in upper management through the period of time that I’ve been an advisor. There have been years where advisors do not feel heard where management has not realized that their paychecks are paid thanks to us the advisors. We’re not paid employees. We’re independent contractors and they get a big chunk of what we make.

Some changes they are implementing currently are less than desirable, but they seem to be listening and I’ll be watching very carefully to see what the outcome is.

I do miss the old advisor chat room. It was a true community, a place where we could support each other and share our frustrations, knowing we weren't alone. It was a space for genuine communication. Over time, that original intention faded, and eventually, the chat was removed entirely. My hope is that one day, they will bring it back—not as a policed forum, but as a supportive space where we can connect and help one another navigate the stresses of this work.

I have been using Keen for years now, and spoken to over a 100 readers and not 1 prediction has ever come to pass. I feel I have been scammed out of thousands of dollars.
Not only can you not really trust the readers, the system itself is very expensive and incredibly glitchy.
