Linda the sales person at Milwood Development in Kilbirnie has been very great and exceptional. She made our process very easy and straightforward and really kept us up to date with even the tiniest of details. So far so good I have no complaints and I’m hoping it remains so..

What amazing people, really helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. They made it really easy to access the home for measurements and was always available to answer my questions, purvinder especially supported my emotionally anxieties as a first time buyer and single mum! High Quality Home Repair

The person who came to sort the issues with my house, Andrejus Negatinas, went above and beyond. I pointed out some cracks in the skirting board and the that my bath had come away from the sealent. He happily soeted the issues plus did sorted some ither cracks in the ceiling and walls as well that I did not expect him to cover. He was friendly and made a great job of the repairs. Would happily recommen

Excellent Developer; Great builder; and amazing people.

Right from the first day I went for enquiry in July 2025; I saw genuineness, professionalism and dedication for customer satisfaction.

I got my home within 6months from the time of reservation. Everything went smoothly; there was no delay.

The legal process and conveyancing solicitor, Donna; the mortgage advisers; Neil and the entire keepmoat customer service team were amazing 🤩.

Leigh has been a great support in this journey; she is a great instrument to the Keepmoat estate developer and a great inspiration to the customers. I really appreciate your support and follow up from the beginning of this journey till I got my keys. I saw your selfless service; I saw your dedication; I saw your encouragement; you were always there throughout the entire process. Leigh, you were amazing 🤩.

Scouts; thank you very much for your immense support; I appreciate all your time in explaining everything to me from the scratch. The offered wardrobe was great 👍; and you made it happen. You are a great site manager. God bless you.

Poor upkeep of grounds.

We have lived on our development for two years. The grounds have not been maintained properly over the time we have been here, (rose bushes that were planted have not been cared for and have died or become overgrown with weeds, protective plastic tubing has broken and blown all over the landscape creating unsightly mess). Nobody has visited to care for any of it, other than someone mowing the grass over summer. This week some men have attended in a work van, to put mulch on the ground around the rose bushes, but they haven't engaged in any care for the plants. My home office faces where they are parked and I have observed the following pattern over the last week:
Arrive around 10am.
Sit in van until 10.45-11am on their phones.
Work on the grounds until 12pm
Sit in van on their phones until 2pm
Do a bit more work (blasting out loud music from a radio right outside the houses), leave at 3pm.

This whole experience is giving us the impression that Keepmoat don't really care about the customers who have spent so much money investing in these homes. There is a slightly older development by a different developer next to ours, and the grounds are maintained beautifully, but the further you get into the Keepmoat development, the more unkempt and untidy it begins to appear. This doesn't line up with the image we were sold when we bought our home. We have liaised multiple times with the customer service team for our site who send disinterested and careless replies that evade and deflect our questions.

I had Gareth visit me today to do some…

I had Gareth visit me today to do some painting and fill in a few gaps. He was polite and a lovely person. He took his time with the job and left everything clean and tidy, with no mess at all. I would highly recommend Gareth.

However, I am still waiting for the care team to complete the remaining pending jobs, which has been taking months.

5 Stars – Exceptional support from Oli and the team!

We recently moved into our Keepmoat home and have been reasonably happy with the layout and build quality. However, the real standout has been the aftercare. New builds always have minor snags, but Oli and his team have been incredible. He is always available to help and fix any issues immediately, which has helped us feel settled sooner rather than later — thank you, Oli!

Outstanding Service from Dan – Truly Above and Beyond

Excellent service and after care

We bought a home with Keepmoat and moved in November 2025, and the aftercare since then has been outstanding. Julie, the Post‑Sales Customer Service Manager, has been exceptional throughout our entire settling‑in period.

She has definitely looked after us, making sure any issues with the house have been dealt with quickly and properly fixed. Julie also carries out regular check‑ins to ensure everything is okay, and she arranges for workmen to come over whenever needed, making sure every issue raised is handled efficiently and to a high standard. Her organisation, communication, and genuine care have made a huge difference to our experience as new homeowners.

Because of the excellent support we’ve received — especially from Julie — we would confidently recommend Keepmoat to anyone considering buying a home. The level of service has truly exceeded our expectations

Excellent company, any snags we’ve had have been sorted quickly and to a good standard. House is beautiful. Staff are brilliant nothing is too much trouble. Oliver came to fix some paint work and other little issues and did a great job. Nothing is too much trouble.
