From bad to good.
I rang the company as my order had not arrived. I was told it looked like the order had been lost in the system and another one would be sent out. That arrived within 2 days, followed by the original order the day after. I rang again to arrange return of the duplicate but was told to keep both orders with their compliments. A pleasing end to a messy process, thank you.

The customer services response to a faulty tool
The customer services response when the hollow tining tool broke after limited use. Although I was unable to locate the receipt they reimbursed me in full.

Carbon steel digging fork
I bought a carbon steel digging fork from a local garden centre less than a year ago as it looked to be well made and of good quality. It hadnt seen much use but on trying to remove a root ball, one of the welds snapped. The garden centre I bought it from was unable to help me as I didnt have the receipt any longer and couldn't remember preciseley when I bought it so i thought I would try contacting Kent & Stowe directly.
The very next day I received an email asking for a few details, and within a couple of hours they had sent me some vouchers to cover the cost of a new fork and postage directly from their website.
I would have given 4 stars for it breaking in the first place but these things happen and they were very quick in rectifying the issue so I cannot recommend them more

Perfect for less able elderly
I ordered these as I have arthritis and need to sit to work on borders. They are excellent quality, light to use and perfect for weeding and planting.

the secateurs were excellent quality…
the secateurs were excellent quality and arrived quickly, sadly the gloves had a small hole in them where they had been attached to the cardboard

Great tools great customer support help rubbish mail order processing
Great quality tools excellent customer service person but rubbish mail order processing. I had great help from the customer service lady who expedited my order and was extremely helpful. The processing of my online order which seemed to be handled by an outside office was poor with poor communication. My tools did arrive safely eventually
