Poor quality
Poor quality. Unlined. The top I ordered was far too big , ( I ordered my normal size)
However, colour was fabulous, customer service excellent.

Just wish you could sell sizes to fit us petite people. We are sadly forgotten.
Sleeves are always too long. Shoulders too wide.
Spend a fortune on getting clothes altered.

Lovely colour
Nice trousers and the colour Monaco Blue toned really well with my MB Erin fleece. It was sent really speedily and I couldn't wait to try it on. It was too long, something I expected, but the seat was also too baggy. I really wanted to keep it but felt paying to have trousers shortened, and bagginess dealt with was a bit too much on top pf the £50 price. Item has been returned. Two points strike me :
1. What does a customer that does not own a smartphone, or a printer. do? The old system including addressed label was better.
2. Why, according to small print, does it take 21 days to refund payment? Payment is instant when purchasing. Surely refund could be speeded up.

Regarding returns, we appreciate that not everyone has access to a smartphone or printer and we are always able to print and post one to you.
With refunds, the 21-day timeframe stated in our terms is the maximum period to allow for the return to reach us, be processed through our warehouse, and for the refund to be completed by the payment provider. In practice, refunds are often processed much sooner once the returned item has been received and checked. We understand that waiting for a refund can feel frustrating, particularly when payments are taken immediately.
