It was never as good as the videos made out and it broke after 2 months of using it once a week

Ordered the electric shaver, what a great product this is, excellent on the skin leaves a very clean shave. Very impressed with the quality and the service from order to delivery. Highly recommend this company.

Have to say this product is excellent, I had issues with others catching my skin so I kept reverting back to a shaver. I’ve not had any issues with this. Also the delivery is very fast, I ordered it and it arrived less than 2 days later. I seen the product advertised on insta, an I’ve bought things from insta before but usually takes a few weeks to arrive. So I was shocked to get this so early. Thanks again 👌

I bought the Skeleton Pro Detailer and love it to bits. I did have an issue with one of the blades. Kevin sorted it out Quick Smart! As international customer, the service was faultless!

Awful experience. The product was never delivered. Tried to email, received few brief rude responses that my address is confusing. Asked for refund- no reaction, another rude email... Stay away!!!

I've bought three different trimmers from Kevin Junior now, and I honestly can't say enough about them. I still have my original silver beard trimmer, the foil shaver, and the Crown Jewels 1.0, all still going strong with zero issues. For something I've been using this long, that says a lot.

From my experience, the products feel well-built, solid in the hand, and reliable every time I use them. The battery life has held up really well, the blades stay sharp, and everything just works the way it should. You can tell there's been some real thought put into the design and durability.

For the price, you really can't go wrong. It's rare to find grooming tools that last this long without any problems, especially when you're not paying a premium. Delivery has always been smooth too, which is a bonus.

I'd definitely recommend Kevin Junior to anyone looking for dependable grooming gear that feels like it's made to last.

Fabulous shaver I bought for my husband for Christmas……. The best beard shaver he’s tried . It’s great I don’t have to do it for him now😃 It is super easy and just glides down his neck with no catching , and creates the perfect clean line every time

I had lost hope until I found Kevin Junior. The Pro Detail Trimmer had my barber shrugging and saying… “the line up is already too good for me to mess with… I’m gonna move right to the straight razor”… MIND BLOWN!

Plus it’s super easy to see where you’re trimming thanks to the wide, zero gap blade.

Ordered a charger, and new blades. Paid with Apple Pay like I always do, so the address couldn’t be wrong, then was delivered to a completely different address ( with pictures of the man collecting my order that looks nothing like me or my apartment ) so I got proof that the delivery didn’t reach me at all. Sent them an email , with all the proof (my hands vs the guy who got my delivery and my door that says the door number same as the delivery address) no reply. Send another one nothing. Week later same thing and nothing. In the end I wrote a new email saying that if they won’t going to send anything, I’ll just go to the bank and get my money back. The guy finally replied with: I’m not sending to the same address. Nothing more or less. Told him to send it to the nearest post office then, 2 days later arrived at my house instead. lol. Terrible costumer service. Decent machine, but no charger works with it other than the ones they sell. My next machine won’t be from them that’s for sure.

Ordered my partner everything apart from head shaver for Christmas. After first use, he said its the best shaver hes ever used. Hes in his 60's!! Very happy with the purchase and the customer services has been great too.

Been using their beard and body trimmers for around 2 years now and have been faultless, they work great and are the best electric timmers I've used. The customer service is also very good even after 2 years of purchasing would definitely recommend.

The Skeleton trimmer is a great bit of kit, fabulous quality and amazing battery life. Definitely the best clippers I’ve used so far. Also, brilliant, personalised customer service - it feels like a partnership. Great job guys!
