KewbzUK Reviews

Great selection of cubes at a reasonable price. Plenty of config options (lubes, stands etc) well-packaged and they even included the hand-drawn picture of a Quokka I requested for my wife. Planning to pick up a mat, timer and request a drawing of a Quoll this time.

Before placing my order, I was a bit worried because I had never dealt with KewbzUK before. I normally buy from more well-known retailers.
What encouraged me to take the plunge was the fact that the items this company sells can't be found on other platforms and the prices are reasonable .
After making my purchase, I emailed them to enquire about delivery times. As soon as I clicked on send , I got a reply. Never had I experienced such responsiveness from a business, before! It was unbelievable.
The reply was not only instant, but also very courteous and informative.
The package arrived within a few days and it contained a free gift for which my son and I are extremely grateful.
I highly recommend KewbzUk and commend Hollie who is , in my opinion, a great asset to her company.

This is a review on their step by step of how to solve the triangle rubix. It was so easy and helpful and now I that I’ve tempered the steps I can solve it so much quicker thank you. :)

It was a good experience from the cube shop and all products were well packed and no major problems

Amazing customer service! Were even corresponding at 20:30 on Easter Sunday!!

Great cube store. They have plenty of cubes in stock and Hollie from customer service is always quick to respond and helpful with her messages. KewbzUK also are on point with their replacement part service - I ordered a replacement part for my MoYu RS Skewb Maglev and they added it to my next order with zero problems.

Fast delivery and great experience overall, best UK cube shop.

my go to for cubes, ordered multiple cubes and always great delivery and never any issues! reliable team 🫡

Excellent UK cube store that actually is in the uk. Immediate dispatch and fast delivery. I was slightly worried reading the terms about not shipping in boxes but 2 orders now of multiple cubes and all cube boxes in perfect condition so no need to worry at all.

I bought a gan megaminx for christmas and the delivery was set to fast 3-6 days but it took 20 days. I got the correct cube but It was missing two types of GES nuts. I recently bought aqua lube and ingnis lube and it arrived in 4 days. The price is slightly worse than speedcubestore.co.uk but the delivery is amazing. Once i found out how sketchy speed cube store, i stopped using it. Price comparison gan 251 m leap: Kewbz-£33, Speedcubestore-£27

Amazing website! All the cubes are far cheaper than you will find them elsewhere. Maybe not cheaper than in America but that is obvious because they have to get them shipped to the UK. Delivery said 3-7 days, they dispatched my cube almost instantly and it arrived in less than 3 days! Package had lots of protection, the product was not damaged at all and the packaging was recyclable. The cube itself is untouched and exactly what I ordered! I will certainly be buying here again.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. When faced with delays due to Royal Mail strikes this Christmas they were amazing at keeping us informed of the situation and helping us understand what was happening with our package. Fast responses to emails even late into the evening. The packages arrived safely and were all brilliant products.
If you love Cubing like my son does, this is THE site for you - 100%

We love Kewbz! Ordered numerous times following a difficult wait with a previous company who we thought were uk due to their URL but were actually in China !
Anyway, the staff at Kewbz are lovely, helpful and go out of their way for you. Their product range is brill and my son loves a gift voucher for the site too! It’s an easy thing to ask relatives to get for birthdays!
Long may Kewbz reign in the cubing world!

Ordered an X-Man Tornado V3 Pioneer and some lube on Sunday, items both arrived on Tuesday. Can’t get much better than that. Great service. Item well packaged using eco friendly products too which is great. I can’t wait to order more stuff! Keep up the good work!

My cube arrived with slight damage from delivery and I sent an email. A replacement was sent that same day and the new cube was perfect. Amazing customer service and support!

I got 2 Moyu Weilung WR speed cubes from Kewbz with the tension service and some cube oil after some Q&A efforts with the shop lady and my experiences with shop and the cube so far have been excellent I feel.

Belated thank you! Raza :)

Absolutely amazing customer service. Emailed them about adding a couple of puzzles to my order because I forgot to add them for a friend and they got it sorted efficiently. Shipment is super fast too. Great range of choices and good prices. Awaiting my second order to arrive and would highly recommend for anyone wanting puzzles, especially in the UK.
