KewbzUK Reviews

Slow delivery by royal mail
Company refund delivery fee, good communication and customer service.

Great experience shopping with KewbzUK. Prices are competitive, it's a British based company (no need to worry about importing) and the customer service is good. You feel like your purchase is being taken care of rather than 'hopeful of a cube turning up one day'.

Would recommend and will shop only here for any other cubing goodness.

Product was well priced, got exactly what I ordered and it arrived early. High quality, no damage.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, I have bought cubes from them a few times and they are always great. The range of products & prices are very good, and shipping is always very fast - my cubes are often shipped on the day of purchase!
The best thing about KewbzUK though is their customer service - whether through email or social media they are both personable and professional. 10/10!

Super quick despatch and delivery, first class communication, transparent and fair delivery charges. So glad I found Kewbz after some poor experiences with misleading sellers on eBay. Great to see them giving a monkeys about the environment too. Will 100% be using them again... this is how online transactions should be.

I used to have a different main site to get my cubes from but it only had speedcube branded lubes like gan and moyu but this site has all of the scs and cubicle ones very good site too and shipping is great you can find what you want easily 👍

Delivery turned up in time quoted. The packaging is good and easy to open, and recyclable. Cubes were all exactly as ordered. I ordered a lucky dip and was very happy with it. Thank you

Excellent shipping with very minimal delay, great customer care and most definitely the best range of products that ship in the UK. Ordered myself a few bits from Kewbz a couple of times now, and have had nothing but a positive experience.

Ordered from this company a few times now and It's always quick delivery and never had a mistake in my order. They also sell a good range if stuff for different levels of puzzler!

They've recently changed their packaging to make less waste and my stuff still arrived safe and on time.

Will continue to order from them!

First time buying from them after they were recommended by a friend. Cubes arrived quickly. I’m pleased with my experience.

Great customer experience, really good choices of stock really good price with quick delivery

I've bought several puzzles from KewbzUK and have always found them to be reliable and prompt. They also have a varied selection of different puzzles and accessories. Excellent service overall.

Delivery is very fast in the uk and they have a very good selection of cubes and other puzzles. Prices are very good for the quality of the cubes. Excellent, personal service.

We have bought several cubes and accessories from KewbzUK over the last year. Each item was of excellent quality and arrived quickly. Cubing has helped my son to get through a difficult time during lockdown and beyond, and he has been really pleased with all the items we bought here.

My son is very pleased with the gan cube lubricant, which arrived the day after we placed the order.

Customer service seems great and the product shipped very quickly. We can hardly wait for the cubes to arrive here in Finland🙂

Love the shop 100% using again

Great selection, excellent service. Ordered my cubes on Saturday and they arrived on Monday, making me very very happy! I was looking for a particular make of 5x5 and this was the only place in the UK that stocks it, so plus points for that too.

Prompt, safe delivery. Quality product. Competitive price.

Great Customer Support, Quick Delivery, Best Cube Store in the UK.
