Update: Took an email to support and almost 2 hours to receive the key but finally got it.

Original: Paid the key through key1024.com paypal. It's been over one hour, no confirmation email and no key. Nothing like their website states: "Right after purchase you will be provided with a key code and download link(if needed)."
Did i lose my money?

Received timely, no problems with installation, Microsoft excepted codes with no questions or hassle. Would recommend Key 1024 to anyone needing a OS.

I ordered 3 windows 10 activations and I made a mistake with one of them. They helped me correct the problem quickly and professionally.

I never received my product. I could not get a reply from customer service. I have filed a case with paypal to get money back

Everything worked, very positive experience.

Ordered Win7 Home Prem OEM license on a Friday at 3pm CDT and received email with key was delivered about 10pm same day. Not quite a quick as indicated it would be, but got it, and it installed just fine. Would order again.

I haven't received any communication or the product I paid for, be it a confirmation email or the product itself.
After 7 days I received an email asking for me to review their service, meaning the one issue I thought I may have had in potentially mistyping my email address wasn't the case and this is 100% on key1024's end.
I am currently in the process of having Paypal manage the refund.

IDEAL for IT Professionals!

While I question whether the average user would be able to perform a wholesale reinstall of Windows 10 using an ISO, this is a superior resource for IT pros. It allows me to quickly and economically take a user's PC from Windows 10 Home to Pro.

I made a purchase and recieved nothing. You did give a refund but that still doesn't solve my problem. I still need a legal Windows key.

Still waiting on my refund through PayPal. Bought the item because it said it was "instant delivery". Never heard from anyone even after emailing customer support.

Complete scam site... I normally wouldn't do business with a site that has an official support email address set to "vanskeys2017(AT)yahoo.com" but after looking at these reviews, I figured okay... maybe it's a small company trying to make a name for itself. Sure enough I'm now having to dispute the charges, after several emails go unanswered. Avoid!

Seams to be working as intended, no issues thus far

I waited two hours for my product key. Then I sent an email and the key came immediately. I had to activate the product with Microsoft phone activation service.

I would probably buy from them again.

Product was never received and no response from my , will contest payment with PayPal.

The windows 10 pro key worked as expected. Very grateful

I wasn't sure what would happen when it seemed a problem. This company made good and I'm appreciative of it.
