AWFUL COMPANY Do not recommend them. They love communicating on Trustpilot by posting incorrect. replies, they do not resolve any issues and do not act in good faith. I purchased beds from here and their store manager TONY wrote the wrong order on the order form plus misled us by saying the beds come in a solid slat when they do not, now they won’t resolve the issue. I have asked for replacement beds or a refund and they do neither, where’s the good faith? They MIS SOLD products and are hiding behind terms and conditions. I will not go away, I want my money back, they have done this to many customers and I am another disabled vulnerable elderly victim. AVOID KFURNITURE SAVE YOUR MONEY SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! Read google & yell reviews. they are also negative so I’m not alone in my poor rating

My partner & I have been shopping with K-furniture for a while now and the service in the stores we have visited has been very good. But your website to check on stock we've seen in store and alternative items is Absolutely Useless & a waste of time visiting.
This is so disappointing.

in reply to i will say that at time of purchase i was told that i could select any colour or fabric from the display by the sales person in the store this is only a matter of choice not a special order. This was not a bespoke order especially created from order,i have a genuine medical reason that i can back up with evidence for trying to cancel my order,but would like to settle this matter amicable if k furniture will change my order for a suitable mattress to suit my condition of spondylitis of the spine for my current bed

Thee most despicable behaviour shown by the hayes store i ordered a bed from this dump firstly got told it would be 2 weeks before receiving it i waited when the bed arrived on the 09/06/23 the mattress seemed to be the wrong size i sent in proof and am still waiting for a replacement i been lied too wed wed they spoke to their finance team claiming the mattress would be delivered on the 20th of july thus waiting the whole day to no joy called the store to receive threats and abuse AVOID AT ALL COST

Delivered damaged. And they didn't accept to refund it. they said we just can exchange it.
It'cheep quality.

Sales person was very helpful but not too pushy which I hate so I didn't feel forced into buying smthg. Eventually came back to buy.
