No refund a month after order and return.
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes 13/8/26, one pair completely the wrong size not what was ordered and the other had a fault with a bump in the toe of the shoe so returned both pairs - return received by kickers 15/8/26. They state refund in 14 days and here we are 13/9/26 and money still not received.
We reordered the shoes in correct size and these are great but I’m never ordering via kickers site again as I can’t afford to be owed £126 for a month. Very poor service.
I have contacted kickers but currently no reply.

Kickers staff and DPD driver Adnan…
Kickers staff and DPD driver Adnan connived together and stole my parcel claiming I gave incomplete address. And because of that, Adnan the DPD driver claimed my parcel worth £95 for himself.
This is very bad.
A terrible rating for kickers and DPD.
I already heard DPD staff steal people parcels. Now it has happened to me and the world will hear this.
Shame on DPD and kickers staff for collaborating to steal my daughter’s shoe worth £95.

No international shipping
I was disappointed to learn that Kickers no longer ship outside of the UK. Its the best shoes for school and I went through hell to get 2 pairs for my children. Cost me so much to ship it to a friend in the UK for him to then ship it me

Kickers stand the test of time
Kickers stand the test of time. My daughter is extremely rough on shoes and these are the only brand that makes it to the end of school term! Great quality. No issues with using the kickers website or delivery to me in NI.
