Kicksgenerationtoys Reviews

For the most part, I have had positive experience with KicksGeneration store. The only thing that would be great to improve, if possible, would be product available time. ,often than not, pre-ordered products are available 3, 4, or more months after they have been released on other stores.

Great service and products! Will shop again! Warehouse experience was great!

Great experience overall. The package arrived on time and was securely packaged, with no damage during shipping. Everything inside matched the listing description exactly, which I really appreciated.

The seller communicated clearly throughout the process and provided updates when needed. Shipping was fast, and the item quality met my expectations.

Would definitely purchase from this seller again. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service; great communication; Items as described and well packaged; fast shipment. Highly recommended A+ seller!!

I put my trust in this vendor which I had never used before for a popular pre-order item that I knew was going to sell out. I paid my deposit and then months later after it became available to ship, they charged me the remaining balance and immediately shipped it. It arrived as promised and advertised. Would definitely buy from them again.

Packaging was superb and shipping was fast. Jumbo Machinder arrived in great shape. I also liked that you received the pre-order when estimated. Down payment was very low and I wasn’t charged full price until it shipped. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase from you. Competitively priced as well. Would buy from again. Thanks!

My order could not have been more perfect.
At first I was hesitant to order since I was unfamiliar with Kicks Generation Toys, but it was an amazing transaction and I’ll be more then happy to order from them in the future

Package delivered as expected. Trust the process, the items might take a while, but KG knows what they are doing. Packaging was excellent. Thanks

Speedy communication and speedy shipping. Well packed and items came in mint condition.

Reasonable price, delivery service was great!!

A really fantastic experience. You can tell the owner really cares about his customers (and is a big bot fan himself). He sent me a personal message thanking me for my purchase and for supporting a small business. Really great store that gets products faster than anyone else around. I'll definitely continue to give them my business.

Fast shipping with reasonable prices and discounts offer.

The customer service are excellent with quick respond. Any damage to the products are provided with either full refund or replacement.

Really happy buying collectibles from this store and would recommend it to any other collectors

Nothing but good things, kicksgenerationtoys deliver my package in pristine conditions. The Diaclone product that I ordered, is proof of the amazing toy engineering that Taka Tomy is known for.
