Very happy with the car seat , instruction book for fitting into car not very clear and delivered service was not reliable . Was home all day delivery was between 16:30-17:30 at 17:15 I received a message saying sorry I missed you and will deliver next day ? Had not been . So next day delivery made but to reception which was my safe alternative again never tried me direct . But Dpd do not have a good reputation locally

Awful. Avoid.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Kiddies Kingdom. After receiving damaged goods, they refused a refund and only offered a credit note. I used that credit note to reorder, but now that order is being continuously delayed. It’s been incredibly difficult managing a newborn and toddler without the pram I paid for. I'm sharing this to warn other parents—they do not seem to prioritize the needs of families when things go wrong.

Ordered a pram with 5-10 working days estimate, it’s been nearly a month and still hasn’t arrived, the revised delivery date after me chasing is in 2 days but it has still not been dispatched so I am losing hope. Glad I wasn’t in a rush for the pram!

Beautiful travel system but…
Beautiful travel system, delivery service wasn’t great, the delivery date kept changing, so came a month later than expected.
My pram is beautiful but the front wheel is faulty, when pushing the pram the left front wheel keeps locking up and have to keep unclipping it so that it turns.

10/10 customer experience
I ordered a nursing chair from this company yesterday. First time customer, never heard of them before yesterday. I stupidly Apple paid and checked out before remembering to change the colour wood. I called and because I’d ordered next day delivery, the order had gone straight to the warehouse and was loaded but hadn’t left yet. She called the warehouse - they unloaded the wrong colour and reloaded with the one I wanted and I’ve got it by 13:30 today. I’ve put the stool up which was easy and very nice, haven’t seen or put the chair up yet but regardless, 5* from me. I don’t know about anyone else but I just expected to still get the wrong one because there’s an issue any time you order anything and these days! And I’m just really grateful they actually did what they said they’d do and sorted it (even though it was my own silly mistake!!) - so thank you. Really good customer experience.

Do not believe timeframes advertised!
Do not believe timeframes for delivery advertised on the website! I ordered a buggy board advertised on 5-10 day delivery, 15 days on I have not received the item and customer services are telling me they do not have stock in the warehouse and cannot confirm when they will have this, despite the website currently advertising 3 in stock and next day delivery being available.

The delay has been caused by unexpected supply chain issues from the manufacturer which are unfortunately outside of our control. When your order was placed, we were given assurances that the stock would arrive within the timeframe advertised and this was shared in good faith. We are very sorry that this has since changed.
We would also like to clarify that the stock showing on the website relates to a different design of buggy board to the one you ordered. Although they are very similar in appearance, they are separate product lines with different stock availability, which is why this has appeared confusing when viewing the website.

I cannot comment on the item as it has still not been delivered. I have had no updates on the order since it was placed (almost 10 days ago) so not sure when this is likely to be.
