Don't waste your £1 on the trial!
Utter waste of time.
I signed up for their advertised £24 Drayton Manor tickets. Not a huge saving but still would be £3.50 on each ticket. But doesn't work - you just get the same price as going through the DM website. (I've tried different browsers / devices / incognito / manually entering the code).
Also, below Kids Pass customer service states you get an email that shows you cancelled - it certainly hasn't come in the 30 minutes since I cancelled (I also checked SPAM - and all the welcome ones managed to get through).

Annoyed since they'd taken the time to respond to this - they couldn't even be bothered to investigate the issue.
So, I did contact Kids Pass directly. They didn't know they had advertised DM tickets at £24. It was literally on their DM page if you're not logged in. They wanted proof so I sent them screenshots.
They said this was a mistake and they have now removed this. I've kept the screenshots and msgs in case they dispute this later.
It's always super frustrating to fall for the classic bait and switch. Even if the saving was only £20 across the tickets I wanted to buy.

Can be excellent value for money but need to be careful as we found it cheaper to book direct with the venue we were visiting a couple of times

Misleading
I signed up for the advertised 40% cinema ticket discounts. However once I have paid a booking fee to both kids pass and then another one to the cinema, it's hardly discounted at all. Why two booking fees?

We understand your frustration and would like to clarify that any booking fees charged directly by the cinema are set by the cinema itself and are unfortunately beyond our control.
However, you can avoid these additional cinema booking fees by using your discount codes directly at the cinema when purchasing your tickets, rather than booking online.

Massive Savings plus easy to use!
Must have to make savings when planning family trips. I saved £40 just on my first occasion so definitely recommend this to all. Also, the process was easy to claim tickets.

AVOID! The Kids Pass discount code doesn't work
AVOID! The Kids Pass discount code for 20% off did NOT work at Oxygen Acton, so I had to pay full price for my 60 minute session at Oxygen Acton for my kids. The whole reason I signed up for Kids Pass was so I could get that discount today. I am very frustrated because I spent time researching Kids Pass and paid for it. What is the point of having Kids Pass if their discount codes don't work. I rang Oxygen and they couldn't get it to work either. I am also frustrated that prior to purchasing Kids Pass they don't make clear that the 20% discount only applies to the 60 minute sessions at Oxygen. Otherwise we would consider the 120 minute session or a different package. I am assuming their discount codes might not work on other sites also. AVOID.

Very frustrating and disappointing…
Very frustrating and disappointing experience with Kids Pass. 😡
My membership was automatically renewed and I was charged for another subscription period without any reminder being sent. When I contacted customer service, I was simply told that they do not provide reminder emails and that they would not refund the payment.
I understand that subscriptions can automatically renew, but the way this has been handled has been extremely disappointing. I contacted them as soon as I realised what had happened, yet there was no willingness to offer even a goodwill refund.
For me, this has completely taken away the trust and value I had in the service. Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience. I certainly won’t be recommending Kids Pass to others.

Kids pass is a subscription-based service and we do state this during the sign-up process. In the sign up process, we also advise you of the day that your membership will renew at the full price.
To prevent any future charges, members need to cancel their subscription, which can be done easily at any time through the “My Account” section on our website. Once a cancellation is completed, we always provide a confirmation email along with a reference number to confirm it’s been successfully processed.
Please be assured that we only process payments for active members who have authorised them. After cancellation, no further charges will be made.

Great deal on cinema tickets
Getting a 25% reduction in cinema tickets meant we could recline in the good seats and still have money left for a little snack to go with it. So easy to book the tickets on the app
