Do not use this company.Appliance was equiped with many broken parts.Then they tell you "if any problems call 0121..."Thus keeping comunication off Ebay.Then they tell you that its under warranty.Then you call a company called Pacifica and they come out as many times as they need to on Full Day Appointments.So essentially youre buying something substandard and barely fit for purpose and it gets repaired gradually at manufacturer expense.Bit naughty really.Also..Dont buy into many of the 'reviews' on here with much the same writing style and grammar.🤔

Very clear instructions on how to fix our 15 month old kenwood freezer. Supplied the part we needed for a very small cost in my opinion too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and have Infact wrote a rubbish review for kenwood and curry’s and let people know to come to kingdom appliances. Well done Guys, very happy customer 👍🏻

Purchased a Zanussi fridge freezer from Kingdom Appliances. Great price and good communication on delivery. When delivered, discovered they had sent the wrong model. Rang them and they sorted it all out with minimum of fuss. Correct model was delivered and the other one went back. The delivery guys were great. Overall, I would recommend this company and their pricing was about £100 less than the competition.

I brought something that wasn’t suitable and tried to return it and was met with initially stone cold silence to my voicemails and emails and then by resistance to me returning said item. I wouldn’t use this company again.

Why would you not use this company ? A couple of very minor dents or scratches in the rear casework that is hidden when placed in the kitchen units of an otherwise new appliance but coming with a substantial discount is a great deal. The descriptions and photographs describing any minor damage are accurate so you know exactly what you are getting. In addition they are very responsive and quick to answer questions and their delivery is fast with a driver who is very polite, helpful and arrives on time. I have over the last 3 months furnished my new kitchen with high spec AEG appliances nearly all bought from Kingdom and I can definitely recommend them to anyone else. They have a fairly rapid turnover of goods so if you keep an eye on the website and can be patient you will probably find the item you are after.

Received a faulty hob, that I had to pay £180 to have connected. I now have to pay more to have it disconnected and a new one connected and Kingdom appliances are not interested and have told me that they do not know if it is a fault even though the manufacturer AEG when I have called them and explained the problem have told me its a fault with the appliance.

Such bad customer service. A refund or exchange is all they will offer, nothing towards the cost of the electrician coming back to do disconnection/reconnection and I am a single parent...where is the extra money supposed to come from.

Please don't buy from these guys, they are so bad. Could not even remember my initial call about the fault, had done nothing and did not call me back when the customer service agent said he would. Had lost my details when I called back.

Wow...so disappointed....such a lack of care

We were looking for a replacement double oven and could not be happier than the service we received from Kingdom Appliances. I chatted online to Zak about the product, he even went to take some more photos for me and emailed them on! The following day I chatted online to his colleague who was equally helpful, I placed the order online through their secure payment process and promptly received a confirmation email. I received a call the same day with a delivery the following day, the driver then even called on the day to confirm the time he would be arriving, he was very helpful and unwrapped it so I could examine it. I am so happy with the service and love my new double oven, it did say minor scratches, there were a few on the casing but who cares you cant see that when its installed. The oven works perfectly and was over £150 cheaper than the high street & free delivery! So pleased with the Company, they are extremely helpful and professional, I will certainly use again and recommend to others. Thank you !

We bought a Zanussi washer dryer from these people. They were very professional and a joy to deal with. We would definately use them again.

Purchased a Zanussi frestanding gas cooker as a replacement for one ordered from another company which didn't get delivered. What a difference in service, Kingdom appliances had my order on Sunday and it was delivered bright and early on Wednesday down the opposite end of the country. Delivery driver was excellent, polite and well mannered. Highly recommended and thank you

Excellent customer service. Bought ovens and fridge-freezer for new kitchen. Kingdom Appliances made every effort arrange delivery at a time to fit in with my work schedule even though it meant a very early start for driver. Delivery arrived on time and driver was great to deal with. Very pleased with service received from start to finish. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Excellent company to deal with
Brought a graded dishwasher through there E bay site item delivery on time even through the driver had great difficulty getting to us due road closures .Fitted the dishwasher had a fault rang there after sales dept said they would replace as soon as possible new dishwasher arrive 2 days later as promised refitted and working fine Great company to deal with and saved my self some money with a graded product

Went to warehouse as I live close by. Good range of stock and you choose the exact appliance you buy. Bought a graded new product, couldn't see the defect - no difference to new. Registered appliance with manufacturer - exactly the same guarantee as new. Will definitely use again.

Excellent company bought a lovely ceramic hob freestanding cooker at the beginning of this month. Communication was excellent and went out of their way to get it delivered to me as quickly as possible and explained everything very well. I had been left without a cooker for several weeks due to a catalogue of errors by my council landlords. Eventually they gave me £250 for a new cooker which is exactly what my cooker from kingdom appliances cost me. I would definitely use kingdom appliances again and highly recommend them to anyone

Was tentative about ordering from here, but needn't have been. Superbly packaged, delivery on time, good customer service. Brand new goods still in their wrapping with instructions, guarantees etc and superficial dents as described. Good reductions. Will use again.

Purchased a Graded -Zanussi ZWi71201WA intergrated washing machine, delivered last Friday the19th May. Plumber came,Installed it wrong - left the carriage bolts in!! Told me the washing machine was faulty!! Spoke with a nice chap from Kingdom who explained what the issue was!! New plumber arrived this lunch time - Washer in & working,all good - Beware of Bad Plumbers!!!!! Thumbs-up to Kingdom appliances!!!!
