I liked the live game library on KingdomCasino and appreciate it the respectful treatment from the support team but they should really do something with withdrawal processing time. The withdrawals are delayed for months. At some point I thought I was dealing with scammers. Luckily, in the end I got my winnings. Can I recommend it to others? Only if your patience never wears thin.

Scammer won 2k taken weeks to get this even looked at that to be told you can only take 1k a day then we to withdrawl 1k to be told I had won it on a bonus that wasn’t vaild!!! How can you use a bonus if it isn’t vaild!! They took the 1k and said we will give you £100 free credit as a good will! Closed account and now looking into small claims as this is such poorly services and a scam do not use 1p of your own money in this site

This casino is absolutely unfair. I won money, but the withdrawal limit is only 2,000 per week—in increments of 1,000 at a time. Since we have a gambling addiction, we inevitably end up losing it all. I do not recommend it; choose a different casino.

Ive worked there and let me tell you that this casino and all others (they have around 20) that all have the same UI are a complete scam, they are purposefuly denying people's withdrawals and nothing is regulated, they specifically target countries in which have something like GAMSTOP so addicts can bypass it and play with them and just lose all of their money. This is a Scam. You will never be able to withdraw you money if you win anything. And when you question your account will be terminated. A plus is that they at least give you back your money but you will never get your winnings out.

Hi. Firs of all I live in uk. Registered to this cassino several months ago. I had some problems at first but then i've read T&Cs and started to follow their rules. No contact and have not replied to emails. Can’t withdraw winnings as ID needs verification but I have sent the documents over 8 times with no reply what so ever. They also say there’s a live chat but there is none.
